Review:
I recently visited this establishment and while the drinks were good, the customer service left much to be desired. I accidentally left my fishing pole behind, and when I returned to inquire about it, the response from the staff was disappointing. The person at the register informed me that they had left the pole against the wall in the lobby. When I asked why it wasn't kept behind the counter, he bluntly replied that they are not a lost and found service.
I was taken aback by this response. It seems like a basic courtesy to hold onto a customer's belongings or at least ensure they are placed in a safe location. When I suggested that they could have turned it in to a lost and found as a courtesy, he had nothing to say. This experience made me question the level of customer care at this establishment.
Customer service should be a priority, and I hope they can improve in this area...

I also wanted my receipt but she never printed it off. My iced cafe latte tasted like a bitter McDonald’s coffee. And it was over $22.03. What a rip off. I wish I would have tried my luck with Drake’s Brewing. They seemed MUCH...

I got their kale salad and the dressing is DELICIOUS! I actually looked them up to try to buy it again from one of their non-airport SF locations, but it looks like they only have juices and acai bowls. I would definitely stock up on snacks and food here before boarding a flight (and even pick up a salad after I have landed....
