Honestly a disappointing experience even for airport chinrse food. I guarantee you it looks better than it tastes. I had the lo mein, vegetables and orange chicken. The lo mein was the pinnacle of the dish. However the oily noodles left desire in my heart and a coating on my mouth. The vegetables were decently steamed but overall I would describe them as wet and tasteless. The orange chicken had a bitter element that I would say nearly ruined the dining experience. The chicken itself was tough and overdone. Honestly, it was food. It was edible but I don't think even given the choice between this and whatever was at a kiosk, I'd go kiosk. This was just purely not a good attempt at this type of Chinese food. Staff was prompt and polite.

Ready to eat food is cold as some other reviews also said. Avoid orange chicken. Mongolian beef was decent just a lot of veggies vs beef. If I had to order again I would get the Mongolian beef entree plus maybe a made-to-order sticky rice and skip the combo meal, noodles are greasy and flavorless even with sriracha. Service was pleasant, but this food court is very depressing— nearby bar had better vibes for sure.

Not amazing, but I’d still eat it again. You can’t compare it to the actual koi palace, I think they are doing themselves a disservice by using the same branding as they’re setting themselves up for disappointment. I would call this a slightly tastier version of Panda Express at a similar price point. $16.99 for a 2 item combo. Veggies weren’t too oily which I appreciated, and the chicken scoop was generous.

I’ve stopped here for many years on layovers for dim sum but tragically I have to leave this review due to the horrible multi-day food poisoning I had after eating late night: sticky bun, siu mai, and har gow. I don’t know if it was due to the food sitting around all day or due to poor food safety overall… but I’ve never had food come out of me the way it did after my dinner here (within about 3-4 hours of consuming). On top of that, the price is very high for Dim Sum … it should at least be safe for consumers. Thankfully I had a short flight and the food poisoning happened at my home, I can’t imagine the horror of that reaction on a long flight. A very serious situation to be giving your customers food poisoning, for future guests - I...

We waited in line for at least 10 minutes and then when it was time to order they FINALLY told us we were in the wrong line. There lime system is really confusing and they aren’t addressing it. So then we had to wait in the line for at-least ANOTHER 10 minutes. When it was time to order the worker acted really rude and didn’t say a word and THREW our food into the tray. The food is extremely over priced even for a airport. We ordered tofu and it wasn’t even cooked all the way.

Wont be...
