Amoura Fresh Mediterranean — Restaurant in California

We were looking for breakfast for a morning flight out of SFO. We were flying United so I knew it had to be in Terminal 3 - I found Amoura Cafe. I see there are a range of reviews for other meals but we were very happy with our breakfast meal there.

We waited a short time in line and chose the breakfast sandwich. I enjoy a croissant and saw the sandwich prepared right before us (so we know it wasn't sitting there for hours like a lot of restaurant food prepared in advance). The bacon, egg and cheese croissant even came with a side of homestyle (fried) potatoes.

A tasty breakfast that was not inexpensive but on par with what I expect to pay at major airports. The next time we have an early morning flight out of SFO (with United) we'll visit...

I wish i saw the reviews before ordering , but let me help others. Yes, worst Mediterranean you can have in the area, not sure how these guys get permits to operate and sustain , go to bunme next door and get better food.

Coming to the food , I ordered a Chicken shawarma, the chicken is cooked cubes, by no means it is shawarma chicken. The first half of the sandwich is super super dry, comes with no sides, the second half is dipped in dill ranch, no garlic sauce as you expect from shawarma. I also got a hummus and veggie cup, dry and old veggies, hummus was the only good thing, I mean no one can get hummus...

The food wasn't bad, but the service was severely lacking. All of the women wo serve you at this food court restaurant are so rude and impatient.

There was no hello from any of them, no how is your day and they all don't smile at all and look miserable to be there.

I admit that the main lady did ask me a two or three times if I wanted takeaway or dine-in, but she did it in such a brusque manner and had an annoyed look on her face. I'm sick from a terrible cold and I'm slightly retarded from Autism, so I don't always hear what people are saying clearly. No sympathy though,...
