The most absolutely horrific experience I've had in an airport store in my entire life. There was an African American woman with long braids who was absolutely harassing customers throughout the store. The store in itself is a maze and it would seem many people weren't in the correct position in line. She comes around and yells "EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE IN THE MIDDLE IF YOU'RE USING CARD USE SELF CHECK OUT, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU PEOPLE CANT JUST MAKE A STRAIGHT LINE WHAT THE HECK MAN" among other mumbled remarks about the customers. I can not emphasize how much I wish I was there exaggerating. I truly wish I was. In an effort to get away from her, I went to self check out and my machine froze and the attendent asked this same woman to help me. When I went around to her station, she looked at me and yelled "you just cut ALL these people in line" in front of multiple people, and the other woman had to yell across the concession that she had just asked her to help me. This was humiliating. She then proceeded to grab my things and toss them back to me one by one, whilst loudly tapping her nails on the desk and muttering about how she hates being there and she won't be coming in tomorrow. I am not usually a sensitive person, but at this point I was on the verge of tears. After legitimately THROWING my things back across the counter, she loudly and without looking at me said "HAVE A NICE DAY" at the conclusion of the transaction. I don't know What I did wrong. I didn't give her any attitude and she was just so horribly rude to me. I understand if you're stressed. I've worked jobs that have pushed me to my limit with customer service for years, but there's absolutely no reason to take it out on random customers. You have no idea what people are going through and the effect your actions have on people. I truly hope someone does something about this please. I am absolutely not the type to EVER complain, as a young woman who has also worked years of customer service, but this legitimately blew my mind that someone could be so...

Then, for some inexplicable reason he decided to close one of them AFTER people had left the other lines to get on thst one. Some featured it’s skyline, some featured it’s skyline along with other features such as Lombard St, and some showed Chinatown, which is the postcard I got for $1.09 including taxes.
