This establishment should be closed by corporate until the staff has either been properly trained or replaced, and knows that customers satisfaction is paramount. After waiting at the counter for a few minutes with no interaction with any of the preoccupied staff, an elderly woman that had already received her dine-in order came up to the counter dissatisfied with a plastic cup of approximately 1 tablespoon of. liquid cheese that accompanied her chips. It was nowhere near half full, yet a female staff member in the kitchen area scolwed that it was the proper amount and she would have to buy more if she wanted more. In disbelief, the customer politely requested a refund as the price for the chips and sparse amount of liquid cheese was more expensive than a single taco. It was at that point that someone capable of operating a cash register appeared and started the process of refunding the transaction instead of simply topping off the lacking cup to a proper level, all while I've been standing there 6 or 7 minutes by now with not so much as a "I'll be right with you.". It was at the point I turned to the rightly unhappy customer and told her I supported her and would not be buying anything from a place that would treat a customer in such a fashion. I put my money back in my pocket, turned around and left with my daughter, and I made sure everyone dining in heard my comments. So far I have told the story to 17 people, and plan to keep telling the story of what may be the worst service of any Taco Bell in San Diego county. I will not be back to this location unless an apology from higher levels reaches the nice lady that just wanted what she paid for, cheese for her chips. The $20 minimum wage for fast food places has resulted in service that isn't worth $2. Close...
Read moreSo I always go to this Taco Bell and today I decided to use GrubHub to pick up my order and I arrived after the time that it said that my order would be ready and stood there for 5 minutes. Finally somebody came over after me standing there for 5 minutes and said hello. Can I help you? I said yes. I ordered a grub hub for Felicia and they said oh no problem. Then a second person came up and asked me the same thing 5 minutes later and then a third person and finally after that third person they decided to go over and start the order. Which by then was already late by 20 minutes and the woman came over to me with the bag that was taped nicely with three pieces of tape and I asked her for some hot sauce. With a perfectly annoyed face she under the tape walked over, grabbed a handful of hot sauce and dumped it in the bag and then taped it with a complete attitude as if I asked the worst thing you could possibly ever ask for somebody at Taco Bell. Never have I ever had an attitude with anybody here at this Taco Bell and and perfectly fine with grading them a 1 because of the terrible service.

Still lacking service. The last three times I have just not had time to go to the good Taco Bell in Santee I ended up having to come here...which I dread. Each time of the last three times I ordered bean burritos with extra red sauce and each and every time they did not put the red sauce. Read moreI ordered 4 spicy potatoes soft tacos tonight and asked for "fresco style" as it states on taco bells website this should remove the dairy ingredients. After taking a bite, I realized my tacos had Chipotle sauce. I have a serious food allergy and cannot digest dairy. I will get defly sick. I returned, and they corrected my order, but the blame was put on me as the manager stated they don't consider Chipotle Sauce dairy, and I need to ask that it is removed separately. According to the website, this is not true. In the past, I have tried ordering and asking for dairy items removed separately. When they got my order wrong, I was told it was my fault for not asking for "fresco style." I believe your employees need to take responsibility for their own mistakes.
