Studio Cafe — Restaurant in California

The soda fountains were obviously unkempt, and most of the options were unavailable. Most of the food in the grab & go area was gone, and it took way too long for the people in the back to replace it. There was no lining at all, so when the three turkey legs they put out appeared, you'd have to grapple with several people pushing you back to actually get one. There's no sign making it clear what counts as a "side" and a "drink" for the meal combo, so I had to ask the person at the checkout stand. He was entirely unhelpful and told me that any bottled drink would be fine, but not a fountain drink. I made it pretty clear out loud that I was going to go grab Powerades for me and my wife, and he waited for me to come back with them in hand to tell me that those don't count. I asked him what counted as sides, and he flat out ignored me. He was otherwise entirely rude. Universal Studios, is this "vip service" you claim to have a complete joke? This is an embarassment. And to top it all off, the turkey leg was not good, and the pizza was okay at best. 1/5 stars, take your business elsewhere...

Completely unprepared for Hollywood horror nights. The lead promised us a 15 minute wait AFTER we waited in a 20 minute long line outside for the fnaf pizzas, and we’re still waiting much longer than 15 minutes for them. Not to mention there are no cupcakes?? We waited in a long line outside just to see none of the items advertised outside of the restaurant are available. At minimum, if they couldn’t keep up with the demand, someone should have let us know outside before we waited so long to...

Quick serve eats serving turkey legs, pizza, and sandwiches. It’s a theme park so I don’t expect gourmet, but this is barely edible. I had a cheese pizza, the dough was barely cooked. It had a smattering of sauce and some cheese. Taste was awful, I truly wanted to return it after the first bite.
