TLDR: Would NEVER eat here again.
Never tried before and thought why not? Prices were a bit much, but kind of normal for theme park rates(?). Ordered a beef and broccoli, an orange chicken, 3 spring rolls and 1 regular sized drink. Around $45. We ordered and waited about 7 minutes until they announced they have no rice and will be waiting for it to be ready in 10 minutes. They offered extra chow mein instead. Okay. We are already here and expected a bit of a wait either way, so we decided to wait until our number was called to see if the rice was ready yet. 15 minutes after that interaction I asked again and got the same answer “10 more minutes”. Just tell me the real answer so I can plan accordingly please. The number system from the receipts was Awful. There was no order or coordination, everyone was standing at the counter waving their receipts, while numbers were being called to come forward, and they couldn’t as no one moved. Orders got pushed back not just 10, 20 even 30 minutes because there was zero communication between anyone. We finally got our order about 45 minutes after initially ordering, and it was a huge disappointment. The worst Chinese food we have ever had. The chow mein tasted like cheap undercooked, under-salted ramen. Orange chicken tasted dry, covered in sauce you made at home after you gave up trying a recipe. Spring rolls were dry and unflavoured. Regret spending our...
Read moreLol at all these bad reviews. It’s a fast food joint in a theme park. It’s going to be busy. The five plate options are a good enough variety to meet dietary needs of people who can already eat at panda and help the line move quicker. Limited options means people should be able to make decisions quicker. It was a Saturday in April so it was pretty busy. I don’t know how long we waited in line but it was a while. The food was hot and tasted like Panda Express. They were making everything quickly and replenishing supply before things really got cold. My crab Rangoons were fresh out of the fryer. It was about $60 for our meal. We got two water bottles, two entrees, spring rolls, and crab rangoons. It’s pretty standard pricing for...
Read morePeople say it's ok for them to charge an unreasonable amount since they are inside an amusement park, but it's not. The profits should be based on the affluency of customers based on their location and not gouging customers with their unreasonable prices. On top of that, the customer service is horrible rude employees, the food quality low standard and horrible, I ordered beef broccoli and the plate only had 2 pieces of meat told them to put more, got a horrible attitude from the employee, chicken orange was raw and was stupid enough to eat it, so hungry after a 2 hr wait at a disappointing ride at the exorcist. Disgusting experience and I will do my best effort to avoid Panda Express, just a...
