Went here recently went here in October I asked for vanilla icecream in a cup with chocolate syrup ontop after walking for hours pretty simple but the girl working there rudly staired at me and said I can't do that lmao🤣🤣right..So my husband then spoke to another employee a Man asking why they couldn't make that he then said its our policy?So Uhh yeah Ive never heard that one before at an Icecream shop pretty rediculous....So I took my money elsewhere bc of your horrible Customer Service...The correct customer service would be oh we aren't allowed to do that but we have this option...or that...nope nothing. So you get 1 star ide give u zero if I could. Worst Ice cream shop I've ever been to.Do better...

We visited this place on November 17, 2018, during our third Universal Studios Hollywood trip. They have plenty of gluten-free options like Strawberry Serendipity Sundae, Chocolate Carmel Delight Sundae, S’Mores and More Milkshake, Chocolate x6 Milkshake, Strawberry Indulgence Milkshake, and many more. Their ice cream was good as well as mouth-watering and there’s nothing to say about the price of food at the theme parks like Universal Studios Hollywood (it’s always a bit high). The tropical sunset ice cream was SOOO good!!! And I love the vibrant colors. Thats what made me pick that flavor. I didn't know what to expect, but it was AMAZING. I fell in love after the first bite. It was the BEST ice cream I've ever had! I'm a very picky eater so when I say something is very good, I'm telling the truth. The ice cream was very sweet, creamy, and flavorful. If they sold their ice cream by the gallon, I would buy it in a heartbeat even if it was $20. Definitely worth the money! This is my go to place for ice cream...
