Arrived at opening 9am posted opening time was close open 9:15am.Employee was upset that I was there at opening didn't greet me are say it will be a while I have to set up,she just look at me and went to the back.The tracks where food trays sit in were filthy.I ask employee was she going to clean the tracks before she put food trays in track, she got angry and said Subway was short of employees supposed to clean at closing.Knifes were sitting in filthy metal container,I ask her not to use those knifes on my sandwiches she replied don't worry about it I have clean knifes.I took photos of the tracks before she put food trays in(SEE PHOTOS).The health department need to be aware of the uncleanness at Subway 6023 Florin Road.The employee is VERY angry that she has no help. They wasted 15 minutes of my husband's time asking to see the order on his app even though he had the order confirmation email on his phone, just for them to tell him that they didn't have any of the bread that we ordered. Then, they refused to refund us for both of our sandwiches and said that it was up to us to cancel the order even though it literally says in the Subway FAQ to "Order carefully! An order cannot be modified or cancelled via the Subway® app or online once it is submitted and there will be a charge even if the order is not picked up. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact the restaurant where the order was placed (you can find that info on the 'Order Details' page)." Read moreI ordered online using the app. However once I got here I was informed that I couldn't have the drink I ordered because the "nossel" was broken. I was informed I could pick another drink I told the lady I can't drink soda can I please just get a refund for my drink since they have nothing I could drink just to be told no they don't do refunds. How is it a person can pay for something you can't give them but they are forced to take something else they don't want or can't have.
