Tam's Burgers — Restaurant in California

Bad customer service. I order a wet burrito first and then a boneless chicken. When i got home , i realize there was a regular burrito and the boneless chicken. I had to drive back to the place just to be told to pay the difference😑. I told the guy in the drive thru why would i have to pay the difference if the first thing i order was the wet burrito. With an attitude he admitted to made a mistake but i still had to pay the difference and if i wanted or not. I was very upset but since the wet burrito was for a guess at home i paid the difference. I had never encounter this level of rudeness and bad customer service. Anywhere else, the employee wouldve made it right because it wasnt my fault they made a mistake and i had to waist gas to drive back and for them to correct it. Never going bacm again!

Another previous incidents with this location and with the same rude employee on the drive thru when i order the family pack cheeseburger. I ask for extra chilis when i was only given 2 packages of chile for 6 cheeseburger, the employee told me i was going to ve charge extra. I was confuse and told him i was only given 2 packages for 6 cheeseburgers. He stated that the meal comes with the cheeseburger, fries and drink ONLY. Just take this situation into consideration if you planning to visit...

I went here today on 7/14/24 because of Kendrick Lamar's Not Like Us music video.

I got the bacon cheeseburger and fries as a to-go order. The burger has shredded lettuce, 4 pieces of pickles, meat patty, cheese, ketchup, and mayonnaise. This is a no frills burger. It is what one can expect to have at any burger joint with this similar quality. It's good enough to eat but don't expect it to be like In-n-Out quality even though both have the same thickness of meat patty.

The french fires are seasoned. The taste of these fries remind me of the 1999, early 2000s era of seasoned fries. The smell is what I remember of seasoned fries. The fries are also salty probably due to the seasoning used.

Overall, the food is okay. It is salty. The saltiness is noticeable as I do eat foods with less salt but it tends to be balanced and mellowed for the entire dish. This review is 3/5 stars because it is what I expect for a bacon cheeseburger and fries. No frills and good enough to eat. Although I lack the knowledge of the pricing of the food in the early 2000s. This food would be the cheap and good enough to satisfy an "itch" as much as In-n-Out or any burger joint people go to. The pricing in 2024 isn't going to reflect the expected quality...

Ordered through uber eats. When order was delivered everything was wrong burger wasnt made as i requested. Fries were ridiculously hard and cold. Called the restaurant and was told to go in with the food to get a new order. Went to the restaurant thru the drive thru. When my order was given to me AGAIN it was wrong this time they had given me someone elses order.. went inside the restaurant something i was trying to avoid (thats why i ordered delivery) when i went inside telling them my order was WRONG AGAIN they said they’d remake it AGAIN. Ask to speak to a manager was told there wasnt any until and hour (no manager? Whos running the place?) while speaking to the manager i asked what was going to go on with my delivery fee since i did pay for delivery and i HAD to go to the restaurant to fix THEIR mistake. I was told i could only get a free meal but not get refunded for the delivery… was told to get my money back from uber (wasn’t their fault why should i ask them for my money back) anyways they didnt help me at all they were rude & mind you i wasnt the only customer in there asking for a manager because the wrong order was received. Never going back their horrible...
