TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in California

Placed online order today for pick up. When I walked in there was one customer at counter and 3 workers. I was not greeted who in I’m fine with but I stood in the order pick up line with nobody in front of me. One worker helping customer other two appear to be making online orders. 5 minutes go by and 3 customers walk in. Employee #4 comes out from back and ask customers that just walked to place orders if they need help! I immediately, respectfully ask “can I just pick up my order”? He asks my name, mumbles something I couldn’t make out and everyone goes about their work. He helps the next customers. About 3-4 more minutes go by and the youngest worker who had a very sour look on her face the whole time comes over to the end of counter to get something and I ask “can someone just tell me what is going on with my order?” She states “she’s working on it over there”. My response was “ok that’s fine but nobody told me that”. When my order comes to me they forgot the drink and chips which was 2 of the 4 items I ordered. You guys...

Your staff needs to be retrained. Individual didn't know how to make a sandwich. Then was out of produce and was not aware how to cut lettuce. Tried to get special of the day, employee did t understand what that was. Then when attempting to lay and checkout, I gave her my phone number, as I am a loyal Togo's customer. Employee looked like a deer in headlights. Didn't know what I was talking about, she stated I was already getting a deal of the day and phone number wasn't required. I explained it's the loyalty program Togo's has, again she argued with me about already getting a deal. We ended up eating the sandwich and left promptly. Very table, yes, every table was dirty and either had left over food or drinks and such. Have to say, this Togo's location gives this...

for 15 dollars i expect a decent pastrami sandwich. i even paid for extra meat only to get home and ending up eating basically a bread sandwich. not all togos are created equal. this place will now be avoid by myself and family from now on. if togos ever does this to me again i will make my decision permanent against all togos. i hate subway and this was subway level food. last night i had mr. pickles. it 100% put togos to shame. careful togos! you're about to lose a long time customer. im thoroughly discusted because this isnt the first time. it's one thing that you've raised prices its a totally different thing when you blatantly rip people...
