Let me tell you about type 1 diabetes. It's a lifelong disease where if you drink or eat ANY type of sugar....it won't be a good thing. Usually that means an injection of insulin or the fun thing called diabetic coma/death if your blood sugar spikes to really high levels.
This is why diabetics order "diet drinks" when.they order fast food. When the idiots at the drive thru screw up and give a regular, sugared soft drink...blood sugar gets VERY HIGH.
I understand.if it's a lunch rush but there was.only ONE car in front and no cars behind me at the drive thru.
So a big "'thank you" to the idiot who couldn't bother to read the order and ended up spiking my blood sugar to 310 (normal is usually 90-120).I can now look forward to a Sunday of fingersticks (pricking finger to get blood sample) to check.blood sugar, headaches, and not eating anything until sugar drops or maybe a nice trip.to the ER if my.blood sugar goes even higher.....yay.
This is the 2nd time this has happened at this Wendy's for me. Train your staff better. Just how stupid are you?

   Read moreThe manager at this location was extremely rude and refused to honor my mobile order purchase. She stated that she did not see my order in their system. I showed her my receipt and confirmed that this was the right location. She insisted that it wasn't in her system and told us to pull up to the parking lot and wait 10-15 minutes. I asked if we should wait then come back through the drive through or if someone was going to bring it out to us. She wouldn't answer and said it wasn't her problem. Clearly she wasn't going to think twice about us while we waited so we stayed at the window. She continued to repeat that she didn't see our order and that it wasn't her problem. This went on for 15 minutes and I never recieved my purchase. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I want to file a complaint against her but when I asked for a manager, she claimed to be the manager and when I asked for her name, she refused to provide me with it. Second, when there's more than one person in line, you don't take one order then walk away to fill it, then come take another???? Third, cleanliness is something they can't seem to do! The drink machine is disgusting, the area around it is so dirty, even the rats don't use it....... Fourth, those bathrooms are so filthy, the paper towel dispenser recently got replaced with a brand new matching that lasted about 1 1/2 months and for the last 3 weeks, it's been broken again. It took them more than 2 months to get the soap dispenser replaced, the toilet paper gets replaced whenever they get around to replacing it, even after you tell someone.
