This place deserves a 0 for the owners unprofessionalism. I have been attempting to have a decal and items completed for 4 months. Initially I worked with a lady to start the process once I came in to pay because I had no follow up, I found she and the installer person had quit. Then they couldnât find my invoice and needed to start over. I worked with the designer who was great for a single color change design on my image I provided. After I received from the owners a portal link with an approved image that we agreed on. I came in again to pay because I never received an accurate invoice .The owner, Bruce again did not have my invoice and asked his web designer to come to the front so he can generate an invoice, he added a designer fee. Once I picked up my products there was an error on the letters (color change that was accurate on the approved portal). I expressed my concern and showed my approval image on the business portal from his company. WOW how BRUCE THE OWNER dealt with this, he told me thatâs what I paid for and I didnât pay for revisions of color change (12 letters total) and expressed he fired his designer because she was revising projects and not charging. I expressed that I am not aware how his business generates fees but I wanted the decal corrected because it was my business window logo. BRUCE said no that he wasnât and didnât want to deal with me. As I expressed his unprofessionalism and showed him of the approval image he begin to raise his voice. He told me I only spent $150 dollars and he wasnât going to do anything that I received revisions that I didnât pay for. Again if I was told and received clear support from his business then maybe this could have been avoided. He continue to shout I told him I will report him and he said âgo ahead who are you going to tellâ. As a start up this is alarming and sad that BRUCE THE OWNER feels that I spent a small amount in his shop and he could belittle me in a disrespectful manner. No wonder why an employee high turn over rate exists at his place of business. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT
UPDATE: 9/25 Bruce your response is completely not true and absolutely false. If warranted I have proof you were hostile and inappropriate and I could definitely share if needed with the public. It's shameful that you would make false accusations and stories regarding your customers. However, your high turnover within your staff was the issue, lack of clear standard operational procedures within your organization and miscommunication on your end. Their was no budget, as I stated I had receive several invoices from different people from your company with different prices totals (Due to high turnover I assume). I can also show proof of those giving the reason of questioning the final payment. As well as the APPROVED proof from BRUCE (YOU) on my design form SIGNARAMA'S PLATFORM (I CAN SHARE PROOF OF THOSE TOO).As a business owner you should take full accountability and be shameful that belittling a customer for their "BUDGET" or $150 spent (Budget again was never the issue). Before you make false accusations and attempt to discredit my character I would think twice and apologize as a professional business owner. Your story was absolutely untrue. Good and prompt service... 5 star!!!. Wrap design conceptualization, van measurement, and quotation phases were smooth and fast.
Graphics design service... 1 star!!! We paid the down payment immediately, 2 weeks later and after multiple follow up calls we are still waiting for the graphic artist to send us the design for proofing. The sad part was when I called today and got an answer of "it depends on how many customers are in front of you". Not the answer I expect from Signarama. (Hope the graphics artist come up with a cool and amazing design to make up for the long wait.)

   Read moreI needed a sign made ASAP and called a place we usually use. The phone rang two times and went straight to their voicemail so I decided to take a gamble with a diffrent place. I'm glad the first place ignored my call cause if they didn't I would have never tried Signarama!
I called Signarama and spoke to Angela who directed me to Mike. Both were very helpful and had great customer service. I told them what I wanted and that I needed it as soon as possible. They definitely did not disappoint! In less than 4 hours Mike had my banner ready to go.
These guys are awesome! Good ole fashion customer service with a smile and firm handshake. Nowadays this type of service is very rare.
