I had a scheduled appointment. They sent me 2 reminder texts as well. I showed up the next morning after pre arranging time off work and scheduling an Uber to pick me up to take me to work. My appointment was at 8am, but their opening time is 8:30am. I arrived at 8:15am. I waited until 8:45am and still no one showed up to open the business for the day. I called multiple times and no answer. I had the Uber waiting and I was late to work because I was waiting. I called throughout the day no answer still. I was concerned for them thinking something had to be wrong. I've taken 3 other vehicles there for tint and never had an issue.
I went by there after I was off work and the guy was dropping chips in his mouth from a big bag and didn't notice me standing there. He finally acknowledged me. I asked him what happened? He said oh the guy who was supposed to open called in sick and I came in after 9am to open, how can I help you?
Ummmm well first of all they had my phone number and never bothered to call or text me apologizing or offering to reschedule my appt. I said umm I was late for work waiting for you and never received a call or text. I had to pay the cancelation for Uber. I lost 1 hour of work time. He said sorry and did not ask if I wanted to reschedule. This was a $375 job, he could care less apparently they don't need the business. I'm so disappointed they really didn't seem to care enough to contact me knowing I had an appointment first thing that morning.

Read moreUnfortunately I did not experience the greatness of this establishment like everyone else has in the comments. I chose this place because of the reviews. I just bought my Honda Civic 6 months ago and all I needed to do now was get my windows tinted. I come here, windows get tinted but when I go home I notice large bubbles in the tint. No big deal, I take it back to get it fixed and they fix it. However, I realized the guy took my receipt when I came to get my car fixed the second time. Once the bubbles were fixed, I go home without my receipt and I notice my window trim melted on all four doors. Thank God I took before pictures, always take before pictures of everywhere on your car, especially the parts that are being worked on! I showed the guy the damaged caused by their heat gun and he denied it. I show him the before pictures that are time stamped for 15 minutes before getting serviced and the guy blows it off and says it was the sun. Anyway, after showing him the before pictures, he admits they are at fault and agrees to buying me new trim. 3 months later, the trim has not come in. It's unfortunate they can't even buy me trim, some people are telling me I should make them pay for the service fee of getting the trim replaced. I really had a bad experience here which is why I felt the need to post this. Please take before pictures! Especially the parts of your car that are being worked on! I went there to have my windshield tinted, saw some impurities and asked them about it, I was told it was just bubbles and it will go away. 2 weeks later I took my truck back and they told me it needs to be redo because there were hair and smudge in between the windshield and tint. “ but we can’t do it today because the “tint guy” is not here. A week later I called and they told me to bring the truck in so they can redo, once I got there, I waited for 30min because “ tint man” went to lunch, when he came back an hour later, I was told they don’t have the tint material left and I have to come back another day! I was so mad at them. So I told them to remove it as I don’t want the tint with smears and hair stuck in it, they told me they will CHARGE ME $200 TO REMOVE THE TINT. I ask them I thought they told me it was life time warranty? The will not replace it and they will not remove it. Called my credit card company and dispute the charge- for my money back.
