I decided to order my regular drink at this location. My app said “Usual” so I placed it once I picked up it didn’t have my salted Carmel top . I told her that wasn’t my order. I told her what was missing and she put some Random Soft top that was already just sitting there . I told her I don’t want the regular soft top to remake it with the Salted Carmel one. Well let me tell you She continued with other orders I was literally the only Mobile order there waiting, they had a full staff she could have Made my drink instead of having me stand there watch her make five different drinks. Before mine at this point I was hella over it . I was on my way to my dr appointment. Barley made it on time .
One thing I suggest this location to work on is The Customer service always listen to what your customer wants cus at the end your gonna have to remake it right . As a regular customer I definitely want my money worth and it’s not the first time this location does this!!

Read moreSo, I know every Starbucks varies from store to store, but I've had two consecutive improperly made Cloud Machiattos. I've had the new drink enough times to know what it looks like, and my drink was definitely not made right. The cloud cream seemed to be shaken with the espresso shots and it was over done with the caramel sauce, which formed a thick pool on the bottom. I was also given the standard lid with a straw, and the Cloud Machiatto is supposed to come with a sipping lid and no straw. I ask the employees to please fix the drink, and I'm told that it's made properly-- I know it's not. They just add another shot of espresso. A few minutes later, the guy who was making the drinks switches with another employee and I hear another customers Cloud Machiatto called out. and THE DRINK LOOKS EXACTLY THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO. Read moreI went to this starbucks with my friends and asked at the menu speaker if I could make 2 separate orders to which they said yes, and just let me know to tell the person at the window I had 2 orders. I ordered and got to the window and was asked what drinks I ordered and I started to say I had 2 orders (because the original person told me twice to do so) and was cut off by the worker who rudely said “No I asked what you ordered” and I told her and when bringing my 2 drinks out she then scolded me saying “If you want to be using tons of different phones you should be going inside to make an order instead of the drive through because it messes up our drive through timer”.
