July 20, 2022 at approximately 7:00pm. I experienced horrible customer service and unsanitary work ethics. I was in the drive through and could not order because they were four employees taking out the trash and smoking right next to (leaning on) the trash dumpster. No one spoke through the speaker for over four minutes to at least tell me it will be a moment or at least tell us you are short staffed and the employees require a break to continue their exceptional customer service. Once they went in, the orders began. The unsanitary part was the guy that carried the trash, opened the lid to the dumpster, rested his hand on the dumpster while having a cigarette, and when he was done I saw him walk in the back door and then I can immediately see him through the drive throughthrough the window. He never washed his hands. Once I did order (which I shouldn't have), I asked the girl whom was taking my order, "if i were to order a meal, how much is the upcharge for having a shake instead of a soft drink". She replied with "its like one something (sumten she said)". When I asked for the receipt it was $2.79. I inquired with her and she said, "well, what do you want me to do about it". She should have not been lazy, she should have provided good customer service, typed it into the register and provided the exact amount to answer my question. I hope Arby's provides refresher training to their employees on how to provide good customer service, good work ethics, and being clean...
Read moreI was delivering a door dash, I and spelt out the name on the order and they gave me the food. I left and they ended up calling me telling me that they forgot a bag. So I turned around and went back to pick up their mistake. I drop the food off. For the customers to tell me the order is completely wrong. So I went back to Arby’s to SEE what to do. If they knew. They told me that they could remake the food. I waited for it. And then Dorthy came out with a very bad attitude telling me that I was wrong. And it wasn’t missing. And I needed the receipt. Read moreThe food sucked. They diluted the beef and cheddar special sauce to where you couldn't taste it and it was like water, causing a soggy bun! Seeped out and dripped all over my clothes so my errands were cut short. The crinkle fries were old. It had been 3+ years since the last time I tried Arby's because the food wasn't fresh. A different state too, but apparently they don't train employees how to serve 5 star fresh food. Service was rude because I asked for potato cakes, pointing out they stopped serving those about 2 1/2 years ago, but quick...whoopee! I would rather have FRESH FOOD!!
