I have always made my orders online but for some reason my internet was not working so I decided to do an order through the drive through. The guy taking my order was very sweet, and I even used a code to get a free pie. Once I got to the paying area, I have the the girl taking the payments a second code which was to earn points. When I looked at my recipient, they were charging me for the pie, which is only $1 which I would have not minded paying but . As a customer and consumer I want to know what I am paying for . Then she starts to tell me you can’t apply the codes, and making excuses. This really got me mad because I have been ordering so many times here and I have been able to use my codes. Additionally they were going to give me the wrong order, and once I got my order they did not even add Buffalo sauce or ketchup which is what I requested. Of course this got me mad because I could not stay long and wait for them to bring me everything at their own pace (very slow ) because I had to go back to work, but If would be able to rate this I would give them 0 stars . Read moreLast Sunday did a mobile order for the first time at this location. They were super confused as to what type of pickup (Uber, Doordash, customer?). They didn't double check order and left an item out and were out of one of the items we ordered. We ended up replacing it with an item that actually cost less but still was charged for higher price item. I called them to let them know about missing item, they offered for us to come back, um, no, how about the next time, woman on the other end gives me her name. Didn't ask for anything in return for this fiasco, and you bet no one offered or even seemed to feel bad. Tried again today, not busy at all, inside or drive-thru. Nobody in line, checked in and patiently waited, waited some more. I watched people come in, order, pay and get their food. Watched 2 different mobile orders go out. Read moreWe’ve gone to this McDonald’s a few times in the last couple of months because I like To take my daughters out for a treat. Not too long ago, there was a gentleman with a cool mustache that used to work there and he was so friendly. Unfortunately, he has been replaced by a rude no personality guy who doesn’t even greet you and doesn’t even say thank you or anything. Today I ordered an ice cream sundae For my younger daughter and a shamrock McFlurry for my older one. The shamrock McFlurry was so watery that it was more like a soda and the sundae was just plain ice cream (which isn’t even a Sundae), and it had a lid that was so flimsy that within two seconds, ice cream was all over my kid. This is the third time that we’ve had such a horrible experience at this McDonald’s that we will never come here again.
