Good Morning ! I am a 52 year old. I have been shopping at Ralphs for decades. I am extremely unsatisfied and yes , I am now an "X" customer. I will no longer be using your pharmacy. I will no longer be buying your sushi. I am done and i am going to tell anyone who will listen to me about getting harassed in the Las Posas Ralphs parking lot by a little feller maybe 5'9" white hair, white mustache and big ol knee pads. Never seen a Manager in knee pads before , not sure what his position was ? I had already packed everything in my motorcycle , which can take me a few minutes , as i am disabled and use a cane. I returned my cart and THEN he comes walking up, demanding to see my receipt or there was gonna be "big" trouble. I showed this "person" my receipt. It was all in order ! He asked me who Vishnu was , the name on the receipt. Apparently he did not even recognize the Pharmacists name ? I did not bother to tell him, because at this point I was boiling angry inside. Did I get an apology ? NO ! Did he make any effort whatsoever to make things right ? NO ! I told him I would not be back and that this was BS ! He said, "that's fine." Does anyone else think that was "fine?" The only reason i gave a 1 star rating is because zero stars was not an option. I have lived in this area forever. I know hundreds of people quite well. They in turn know thousands of people. Guess who's gonna get on Facebook and light this wild fire ?...
Read moreThey really need to train the Store Managers based on “The Golden Rule” even if people think old ways don’t work, I saw the night manager today 1/5/2023 around 6:20 pm harassing a customer over a small cake that apparently he needed a box for it to be able to pay, he got it himself cause the person behind the counter at the Deli,bakery or wherever they call it was too busy, the customer almost had a heart attack over it because the female Manager was just standing there raising her tone twice and I saw him embarrassed and walking away without the cake. I guess the store manager didn’t know or just didn’t care and handled the situation very irrational It was clear “her pride” didn’t allowed her to realize she didn’t know what to do to provide the service she’s paid to do. It was very sad and not the first time and I think next time I’ll shop at Vons... the staff there are more courteous and willing to help you out if you need help. Sorry Ralph’s you lost 3 customers the senior guy that walked out, me and the person behind me who shared my experience and shared my view of the situation. Read moreThis review is for the Bakery. We used to live across the street from you. We always shopped there daily. It was easy to stop for 1 or 2 things because if your location. Well we moved and my son's best friend lives about 3 blocks from you. As a surprise she ordered a birthday cake from you for him. OMG, the cake is so delicious. I personally don't like red velvet cake very much but I have never had it as your baker's prepared it. Normal red velvet cake, but cream cheese frosting (YUM). Then fruit and whipped cream between the layers. Wow. It is the best red velvet cake. The fruit was a welcomed and delicious surprise. Man now I'm sold on your cake and only from you. Before I end this review I'd like to say, I also ordered a red velvet cake from another chain market. I was never given the choice not informed that fruit could be added. Therefore I don't expect that cake to taste as good as your. Again, Great Cake, delicious and moist. Now I know where to go to get the best Red Velvet...
