Wendy's — Restaurant in Cambridge

It was was easy to drive away and spend our $25 at a restaurant that was happy to honor our choices.

I do not understand why we have to feel discriminated against by Wendy’s for choosing to make healthy choices. When I purchase sandwiches without bread and pay almost &25 the condiments that we ordered and paid for should be on our sandwiches. When Wendy’s chooses not to put the condiments on the sandwiches we have paid for it makes us feel discriminated against because we are choosing to make healthier choices, furthermore it doesn’t taste the same when we receive our sandwiches without the condiments and they offer to give the condiments to us on the side. Also, it is dangerous for me to try to put condiments on my children’s sandwiches once I’m on the road and realize the condiments were not included on our sandwiches and the children are hungry. If we are in a time crunch we do not have the time to safely pull over and put the condiments on our food so that we can enjoy our food that we paid for the way we ordered it. I wish I could understand why if we are choosing to make healthier choices and we are paying for our food we cannot receive our food the way...

I've never had a bad experience with this Wendy's until today. We placed a mobile order and went through the drive through to get it. While waiting at the window, I saw 3 employees with their noses out of their masks and one not wearing a mask at all. I watched the employee not wearing a mask bite his fingernails and then go make someone's frosty - He didn't put on gloves or wash his hands.

All that, and then when we got home and opened everything up, they had screwed up my order (ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato, add yellow mustard and ketchup and got the sandwich with lettuce and tomato and spicy mustard instead of regular). We also ordered apple slices and got five little chunks of apples in a paper cup. I should have just gone out and gotten an apple instead of paying for that.

I'll be looking into how to report this location for not following...

Love this place very clean service is great no lines ever in drive thru, fast service inside. New building. After visiting once staff knows us by name and we got to know theirs, they know what my sister and I want to order everytime #2 no pickles med natural lemonade ( mine ) #2 same no ketchup ( my sister), managers are super. DJ, Aaron,Jen, Matt, Allen, Corrina, Chris K., Tonya just to name a few. Then my son got his first job there this past September. Best hot food around and to go or drive thru orders are ALWAYS bagged individually which is awesome to distribute to everyone. At CHRISTmas time there was a tree and stockings up as you go in by the fireplace just beautiful. Clean, accurate, nice, outgoing, fast, but most of all this Wendy's makes you feel like your part of...
