I am from Salisbury Md, and we stopped here We ordered 2 double chz burgers no pickles/onions, 10 piece nugget, chz burger, and fry/drink. We were asked to pull to the side to wait for the order to be completed. No prob. When the associate brought our food to the car, she tapped the window and gave us our food but you could tell she wasn't having a good shift by her attitude. There was no verbal interaction whatsoever even after we said thank you/ have a good night. But okay, no prob. We checked our bag to make sure contents were correct and all there. The fries were extremely cold, and the burgers were barely wrapped and prepared improperly/messy with ketchup all over the sides. I decided to go back in and request that the burgers be remade, and fresh fries be given. I went in and there were four other customers all with the complaint that their orders were wrong as well. A few of them even had to travel all the way back from home to correct this mistake. Anyone could see that they were short staffed and it was busy . Therefore, I immediately understood - they were having a bad night. The manager came out and openly apologized stating that "these kids are new and are training." But then she also stated that she prepared most of these items herself. Some customers were rude about it, some weren't-including myself. I thanked them for remaking items but the order was still wrong. I left it alone and went home-I felt bad for all the hassle they were getting, its just food. The experience was terrible and I would not return this location but also the food actually tasted horrible, below standard for sure. The manager's explanations for the terrible service, food quality and order accuracy was actually unacceptable. Even if people have a long wait time, the staff should be monitored properly to at least prepare the food correctly. People will wait for quality food. Then my 4 yr old had a stomach ace that eventually led to her vomiting after eating the chicken nuggets. I respect that this was just a horrible night for them and it happens but I'm still going to leave this review to bring awareness to them so that could be handled...
Read moreI walked inside to order because I don't like drive thrus and avoid them whenever possible. Too many mistakes and there's no time to check. After I walked in and sauntered up to a kiosk, I placed my order. The kiosk did not produce a receipt so I had to remember my order number that flashed on the screen very quickly. Sometimes I struggle with short term memory. After ordering I walked to the counter to await my order. 5 minutes went by , then 10 , 15 and so on. I could see the manager or assistant manager in a blue shirt working at a pretty brisk pace serving drive thru customers I assume . She told one of the employees it was her break time so she came to the counter and ordered her free meal . Meanwhile another customer came and ordered food at the counter. The employees order came out literally 20-30 seconds after she ordered it . Then the customer that ordered just after got their order. I'm standing there looking at the employee at the register who literally had nothing to do but she ignored me. Then I looked up on the order display and my number disappeared. After 5 more minutes I approached the cashier and asked what it means when your number completely disappears from the screen. She asked what my number was but I had unfortunately lost it from my memory. She went into the back and about two minutes later another employee brings my order minus my drinks . This McDonald's doesn't have a publicly accessible drink station. She said my drinks were coming and they did after a minute but they forgot one . She brings the one she forgot drops it in front of me then just turns around to walk away. I had to stop her to ask for a drink carrier. I'm one person with a bag of food and three drinks. Read moreI worked here. I am 40 years old and I've had many jobs in my life. I've never had one that was worse than this one. The Supervisor and GM degrade and yell at their employees in front of everyone!I started work and they threw me into it like I should have already knew what to do and when i messed up it didn't get things done quick enough for them (the GM abd SUPERVISOR) they would literally yell at me in front of everyone instead of teaching me what to do... I've witnessed them yelling at other people for the same thing and the employee cussing then it and walking out. I would have done the same thing but I tried hard to just keep my head down and deal with it. I just couldn't do it anymore. I loved working there but I could not stand the way I was being treated and how other employees were getting treated also, right in front of everyone. I'm not sure how they both still have their jobs. It's disgusting how unprofessional they both are. Now the assistant manager Jessica and others are very sweet and most of the employees are great. But Camden McDonald's needs a new supervisor and GM fast. And they wonder why their employees quit all the time. THIS IS THE REASON WHY!!!!! And I am not one to complain at all, but there's only so much a person can take. As far as their service?
