iniBurger - Gourmet Burgers — Restaurant in Campbell

We recently had the pleasure of catering our event with Iniburger in Campbell for my daughter's birthday and we were thoroughly impressed! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Easily customisable menu, open communication, different options, delivery option made the whole experience smooth and memorable.

When we first contacted Iniburger, they were quick to respond and provide us with a detailed menu and pricing information. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed about the progress of our order and ensured everything was going smoothly. The food arrived exactly on time, ensuring it was ready for our guests. The food was beautifully packaged and presented, adding a touch of elegance to our event. The manager, Fatema, personally delivered the food and took the time to ensure everything was set up properly and to our satisfaction.

The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We ordered a mix of burgers, including the Americano, Mexicali, and Malibu Chicken,Mashroom swiss cheese as well as chicken strips and a side of salad. Each item was a hit with our guests. We recently visited this restaurant with our family during their soft opening, and it was a fantastic experience! We ordered the Bigi Sampler 4 Family Box, which gave us a little bit of everything to try. Here’s what we enjoyed:

Western BBQ: This beef burger was a hit with everyone! It had the perfect balance of flavors and is definitely one of our favorites.

Double Decker: If you’re a fan of extra meat, this burger is for you! Just make sure to ask for extra sauce if you like your burger on the saucier side, like I do.

Hot & Spicy Crispy Chicken (sorry if I got the name slightly wrong): My personal favorite! It had the perfect mix of spiciness and crunch—so satisfying.

Crispy Chicken: A great choice for the kids! They really enjoyed it, and it was perfectly cooked and not too spicy.

Nashville Hot Chicken: Tasty but super spicy! While we usually handle spice well, this one was a bit too hot for some of us. If you love fiery flavors, this is for you.

Lemon Pepper (Dry Rub): Full of flavor with a mild spice that the kids really loved. A great option for families looking for something flavorful but not too spicy.

The food came out hot, fresh, and fast, which we appreciated. The restaurant was clean, the ambiance was welcoming, and it’s great to know they offer both chicken and beef options, all halal too.

This will definitely be a go-to spot for us when we want a family-friendly meal that everyone enjoys. We can’t wait to come back! Keep up...

I love IniBurger as they have halal and gluten free items and have always had a good experience at the Santa Clara location. I was excited to try this one out as it is closer to home and it was our first time visiting this location as it recently opened up last year.

We visited over the weekend and picked up items to go which were packed neatly in a bag. I ordered everything through the screen which was convenient but did take sometime.

We ordered a few regular burgers and a few with gluten free buns, wings, some shakes and fries.

I asked the cash register employee about which items are gluten free and if they fry their fries separately in their own fryer as some places fry their fried chicken, non gluten free items (onion rings, etc in the same fryer. Fortunately here, they do.

Wings were great, all of our shakes were runny and felt “watered down” and they forgot our toppings on top ( syrups), and the non customized burgers were great. The gluten free buns were fluffy and delicious (surprisingly).

We then wrote in the notes “gluten free allergy”on the items needing extra care due to dietary restrictions (celiac). When we got home, we didn’t think to open the gluten free burgers piece by piece, and when a bite was taken there was the onion ring.

Good thing we don’t have something that is life threatening but our family member did get sick. Food was good but Im hoping that the owners take dietary...
