Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Campbell

We love going there since it is walkable from where we live, and we would pick it as a destination for our family walks in the neighborhood. Big selection of ice cream, cookies, ice cakes. The place looks a bit outdated, the staff - a little tired and/or inexperienced. No great selection of diary free products - just two flavors of ice cream are diary free, or at least these were the only ones I discovered myself, and the staff were not certain whether they do or do not have others. Has outside tables in the front, which are facing busy parking lot, so not really relaxing environment to enjoy...

theres nothing like being able to roll through a drive thru ice cream shop in the evening. when its just dark enough outside people cant see your face when you drive away with a layered sundae that more than meets your recommended daily calorie intake. basking in the 7pm winter dusk, hiding your shame from the dedicated right stuff gym visitors as you slowly coast past them with that sweet end of the work week self reward. if you slip the employees an extra 5 at the window they wont make eye contact with you and theyll tell you to...

My 9yo son had to use the bathroom after we all got ice cream here. The very condescending person at the counter was grinning at me and pointing me to take my son to Starbucks. I don’t know if that’s supposed to be like this but I seriously hope that this person gets into the same situation and gets to feel like my son does. Ridiculous if you ask me. I’d say don’t take your family here. Maybe go to a place where the staff isn’t so...
