Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Campbell

Most of the time this restaurant is amazing. Open normal hours and the late night crew is especially great. Went tonignt at 11:39pm on 10/22/17 and was told by the woman working that they actually closed at 11:30 which I thought was a little weird, especially by late night fast food standards and this location's late night hours when I've visited previously. I was confused, but left to go to the other jack in the box location a few miles down the road (which is definitely open long past midnight)... While driving to the second location I called this location to see if I could get a better explanation than the short, curt "yeah we actually close at 11:30". The same woman (identified by voice) answered the phone. I asked what time they closed tonight to which she replied 12:00am. I asked why a few minutes before she told me they closed at 11:30pm to which she didn't really give an answer to and I hung up the phone because I knew I wasn't going to get any honest information out of this employee. I don't know if she just didn't want to make my food at that time or if they were closed because even google has 1:30am listed as the closing time for this location which is entirely misleading. I think it's extremely unprofessional and lazy to have done this for no apparent reason. I really hope this employee gets the training she needs to do her job correctly. For the foreseeable future I will no longer visit this location due to this experience. Very dumbfounded by...

Kind of a bad business practice to charge for sauce (35 cents) when your Milpitas location gives them generously. Just goes to show this JitB is out to empty the pockets of richer Campbell folk.

Service was mediocre (customer service rep kind of had attitude re:sauces) and my ultimate cheeseburger was delicious, but you guys lose four stars for blatant captitalism and greed. Please go to the 1740 s main st location if you don't want to get scammed.

Two sauces for medium fries, an eggroll, and ultimate cheeseburger -- that's ridiculous. Maybe train your employees to better guage the food:sauce ratio and make exceptions or get rid of this practice.

Please go to other Jack in the Boxes. They're more likely not to gyp you.

Very bad experience, I ordered the bacon burger combo, there was no bacon and no lettuce. No Coke! Also, I ordered the medium size and they gave me the small size. After I pointed out their mistake, one of the male waiters at the front desk very rude snatched the burger from me and threw it in the trash. He said that I am making new one for you, and the new one is still cold, with two small sticks of bacon in it! I will not come again! Should I ask the bank to stop the payment? Because, the burger they gave me was completely different size than what I asked for!
