I had an amazing time at Lisa's Tea Treasures. We walked in as we decided to have an afternoon tea so that my best friend and I could catch up. I hadn't seen her in a while so we decided to do a ladies' day. We were greeted graciously by the staff and was very pleasant to take us without any reservation. As soon as I walked into the tearoom, I felt this calming ambiance. It goes to say that the staff was all warm-hearted and welcoming. We selected the Duchess Delight from the menu. It consists of the following. Duchess Delight Menu Selection Fresh scone with Devonshire Cream & Preserve Savory Quiche-choice of bacon & onion or spinach & tomato. Tea Sandwiches: Artichoke Parmesan, Sundried Tomato & Goat Cheese, and cucumber & mint Dessert: Pistachio Cream Cheesecake& Mini Trio Tea Selection: My Lady's Respite (Black Tea) & Moroccan Mint Tea (Green Tea) My favorite was the lemon curd. You must not leave without it. I bought a small jar. The tea sandwiches are tasty. My favorite is the one with goat cheese. You will not taste that pungent goat cheese taste as they meticulously mixed their spread where it harmoniously blended with the herbs and spices, I could eat more, but I was a lady for a day. We closed it out with desserts. We each have a pistachio cheesecake and the mini trio. The BEST part, our tea, was still hot after two hours. They have this tea pot sleeve, and it definitely served its purpose. On our way out, we spent a few minutes in the gift shop and bought a few niknaks. I got a tea pot sleeve that kept my tea hot for more than two hours, a sifter, lemon curd, and my Moroccan Full Tea Leaves, which I had while I was there. You have a two hours limit, but that felt like forever because you are not being chased to leave. If there is 10 stars, I'd give this place a 10 out 10.

The food and the tea are very good. I like the new location and it's easy to get to. Parking is not an issue. However, I have to give this place 2 stars sadly for the following reasons: 1) Service is mediocre and super slow. We had a reservation and it took 20 minutes to get seated. Followed by that, it took another 20 minutes to order and get our tea. Food didn't come out until 45 minutes later. At the Los Altos location, the food comes out 10 minutes after tea so both can be enjoyed together. The tea pots were not refilled with fresh hot water. Maybe the kitchen was backed up, but there was a lack of communication. 2) The menu choices are much smaller than the Los Altos location, with too limited choices. I really miss the Tea for Two option, which was a great value and you could pick the sandwiches. 3) Ringing the bell for service is pretty annoying, noisy for other patrons, and doesn't mean the waitress will come to you. The Los Altos location doesn't have this and the waitresses come out regularly to check on how things are going. The food and tea are the same quality as the other location, which is good. There is definitely room for lots of improvements for the new location, but it Iooks like I'll be sticking with the Los Altos location. The presentation of the food and the tree platter is missing too.

Not knowing what to expect, I made reservations. Our time there was very 'calming'. Yes, the setting is very relaxed, quiet and calming. The cleanliness of this establishment is unqestionablely outstanding. Not only is it spotless it is tastefully decorated. The aroma throughout the entire area is pleasant and relaxing. I would have to say this place is not really a place you go to if looking for a restaurant to eat a full meal. This is not to say they do not offer a delicious selection of food to satisfy a hunger pang though. My visit was wonderful. Our server was Karen and she was very pleasant and accomodating. I thouroughly recomend you have the server explain their menu so you understand how it all works. We had scones, awesome salads, eclairs and soup..... and of course tea. Overall this is a great place for a meeting with someone. It is a great place for anybody who just wants something different than yesterday. I have zero regrets for the two hours we spent there.

What a beautiful place for Tea. I am a big fan of High tea and it's a perfect place to connect with your close pals! Decided to give Lisa's tea a visit with my friend one afternoon and was so happy we made it here. The decor is very English with cute pillows and chair set up all around. We called ahead to see if they take reservations. We got seated right away and waited a short while for someone to come take our order. There is a bell you ring to call someone if you need anything. Not sure you need it much because staff is usually walking around so easy to connect with them that way too. The bell had a nice feel to it though. Me and my friend got two types of teas and the platters were plenty for the two of us. All the sandwich's, scones and desserts were lovely. I got the truffle tea and it had lovely flavors of mild spice and warm truffle. Really enjoyed how flavorful yet mellow this was. Came here twice already and Definitely coming back here again soon :)

Came here with a small group (~10) and we got to sit in a long table by the window, which is lovely. The whole place looked romantic and pretty, and all the servers had nice maid outfits which contributed to the ambiance. I ordered the special Irish plate, which came with a soup in addition to all the finger sandwiches and scones. I found all the components to taste pretty good. I do wish they used the traditional tiered plating though, as it was all the items were crammed on a small plate and didn't look very nice. The staff may have been giving us extra time to chat, or maybe they were too busy/understaffed. Sometimes we had to wait a bit to get service. Also they came with the dessert so late that everyone just decided to take it to go, which is a nice option they offered but maybe we would've enjoyed it there if they brought them out sooner. Anyway, it was a nice experience. Not something I would do regularly, but definitely a nice rare treat.
