I'm revising my review yet again. The quality and friendliness are very much back to the previous 5-star levels and have been for a while.
I'm genuinely sad to say I've had to knock a couple stars off my previous five-star review and rating (original below) of the Canal Fulton Dominos.
While the speed and friendliness are about the same, the overall quality of the food has become somewhat hit or miss. I'm not sure if this is due to the impact of COVID on staffing, the fact that there is a new owner, or some other factor. Regardless, the reliability of knowing what you ordered will be good has dropped a lot. For example, the last two times I ordered sandwiches we ended up throwing them out. They weren't horrible, but they weren't very good, either. Pizza seems to be hit-or-miss, as well. It's always 'okay' but it is seldom REALLY good as it has been in the past.
Hopefully, this will be a transient set of events and the quality will return to the former surprisingly (especially from a chain) high standards. I look forward to the day I can re-add those two stars. Until then, we will probably continue to order from Dominos less and less frequently.

Read moreNEW REVIEW: This went from the best Domino's for years to the absolute worst this summer. Last 3 pizzas I had were completely wrong and staff was not very kind. I kept giving it a chance but I'm giving up and spending my hard earned money someplace else. I don't get what happened. It did a total 180. Maybe people don't care about one customer not coming back but look at the recent reviews. A lot aren't coming back. If you continue to run the business this way you'll close. Such a shame.
OLD REVIEW: I don't usually take time to write reviews unless I really feel they are deserved (positive or negative). I've ordered from this location for years... This Domino's has consistently been the best Domino's location I've ever ordered from - there are NEVER mistakes, everything is timely, delivery & other staff are always courteous. You'd think that making a pizza is a simple thing, but as someone who worked in Italian restaurants for over a decade - it takes some care to have the toppings perfect, to not have everything slide into the middle, to cook it correctly depending on how much is on a pizza, etc. Sounds simple, but it's shocking how bad a lot of places are inconsistent in preparing pizza well. Read moreHello, I am a frequent customer and former employee of a different Dominos. I LOVE everything about dominos and have never had a bad experience until today. I called the canal fulton (ohio) store at 1:23pm to verify that they can deliver to my address, they confirmed. I then called, placed an order and paid for the order at 4:03. It was confirmed that they delivered to us. We were hosting a party and this was our dinner. We heard nothing from them and I finally called back to check the status of the order at 5:26. I was told that my order was canceled. The employee that I originally talked to was clueless as to why this happened. I then spoke with store manager Nick - He stated that the order was canceled due to being out of delivery area. However we were never notified- so we waited over an hour for our food and recieved nothing. Not knowing that it was never coming. Nick was unwilling to make the situation right. Our night was completely ruined. We offered to come get the order at a discounted rate and he stated that there would be no negotiation or compensation for the inconvenience. Between the poor customer service, general lack of knowledge and absolutely nonexistant communication skills I am heart broken by this experience.
