Taco Bell — Restaurant in Canal Fulton

I'm not sure where manners, common courtesy and just plane respect went. It is certainly not something that is given at this location. When I walked in, there were 3 people making the food and 2 working the drive thru. One of those individuals working the drive thru was a manager. I was looked at for about 5 minutes but not a single person acknowledged my presence. No HI, we will be with u in a minute. Nothing. U stood there for 5.minutes waiting. 5 minutes doesn't seem like a long time when your busy but just standing around waiting for someone to assist you feels like a lifetime. When I was finally acknowledge the manager tossed the bag on the counter and said we're still working on the drinks. She never verified that I was a dasher nor did she verify who I was picking up. She didn't smile or even say Sorry for the wait, were really busy or we're short staffed tonight. I get it. Shitz happens...what I don't get is why we have suddenly done away with these small but very important forms of courtesy. This particular manager only reinforced to her staff that it is ok to be rude and not acknowledge customers. Businesses stay open and thrive when you treat your customers like they are your family. Awful. They were out of two things we wanted. What we did order was unacceptable. The vegetable cantina bowl only had lettuce, beans and sour cream in it! Needless to say that wasn't eaten. The feista potato was obviously old. It was dry, hard and not warm. Again not eaten. The nacho bell grande had soggy chips and that too was missing ingredients. Finally the taco, what you would believe would be the one thing that would be alright, had a soggy shell and seemed it had been sitting around a while. The shell was soaked in grease. I wanted the ardvark nacho special and just got nacho fries! I paid 4.99 for each of the 2 I thought I was getting. . I questioned the girl at the window and she said it was what I ordered. I wasn’t satisfied with her answer and then went in. I showed her what I ordered and she argued with me saying that wasn’t what I ordered. The. The older woman chimed in with a smart mouth! What made things worse was that the girl was laughing at me not taking me serious! I will never go to the canal Fulton Taco Bell again. She didn’t even try to make anything right.
