Waited 30 minutes for my food and was given wrong order. After waiting for them to finish the angus steak i was told it would be 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the guy comes out and says it'd be 5 minutes for the Beijing beef, whatever fine no problem. I end up waiting 15 minutes. After driving all the way to work they gave me the wrong order. Orange chicken, Beijing beef and chow mein.
I paid for and ordered honey walnut shrimp, Angus steak and beijing beef. Okay whatever. I DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK. Now i have to wait "3 minutes" for my honey walnut shrimp. It has now been 15 minutes. I'm normally a pretty patient person. Hell, I work retail. But this experience has been awful. Not to mention they charge $2.50 for a large ice water, I can get a large ice water at Dutch brothers for free. I might be eating my lunches somewhere else in the future. I expect to wait maybe 20 minutes at most for my food. They messed this one up bad, I'm not happy to say the least. Make sure you check your orders here because they might mess it up, and it may be better if you want ice water to just go to Dutch brothers.
UPDATE:
They gave me an extra side of walnut shrimp which is nice I guess but they forgot my damn fork. Man they are just not on top of it today. I didnt want free anything I really just wanted the right food in a reasonably timed fashion. I could have done without...

This store likes to make people wait to order at the drive through until the person in front of them actually gets their food and drives off. This makes the line move extremely slow and often wrap around the parking lot. Once you order, you pull up to the window and wait and wait. I could only come up with one reason that they do this. Most fast food places have a corp big brother that makes sure they hit average specific time limits on drive through. The timer on each order starts the moment the order is placed and is concluded when the food clears the window. By holding people back from ordering, they manage the start point of this time. Why do this? So they look like they are faster than they obviously are. They probably got in trouble for how painfully slow they are and are now doing this to appear better. In actuality, they are making every customer wait longer. It should NOT take 45 min to get though a drive through. This is fast food after all. After a half dozen times of going though this, we have decided to just drive to Oregon City for our Panda needs. The drive takes less time than the Canby...
Read moreMy wife arrived here at 8:30 pm, knowing that they close at 9:30 pm. When she arrived, they informed her that they stop cooking at 7 pm and don't have as many options. This doesn't mean "oh we're out of a couple things", this means "oh all we have is kung pao chicken and mushroom chicken, and for a side all we have is white rice". Well, I still eat those things so whatever, until I tasted the food, and then it dawned on me: if they stop cooking at 7, the reason this food is bland mush probably has to do with the fact that it's been sitting under a hot lamp for an hour and a half. And since this place closes at 9:30pm, that means that they're actually willing to serve you food that has been sitting under a hot lamp for 2...
