Delicios cakes. In Canby today looking for a last minute birthday cake. Found this place. The cake was a big hit very tasty. Frosting was light and not sugary. Everything about the cake was awesome. Will definitely be returning. Deducted one point as i purchased two extra pieces of cake that were frosted with sprincles in addition to the cake. I noted that she was going to pack these in a brown bag together with some other cookies and pastries i was purchasing. I asked for a small box or clam shell so that the cream would not go all over everything. (They definitely have the clam shells as they have other pieces packed). She became upset, said no as though this was too much and continued to place the frosted pieces in some wax paper and include them in the brown bag together with the other items. As predicted the frosting came off on the wraps and was all over the bag. If you are going to sell pieces of frosted cake, Please pack it appropriately. We were looking for a place in canby to buy my son's birthday cake as his party was going to be close by. Stumbled upon this panderia and stopped in for some pan dulce which was very tasty. Saw they had cakes and decided to order my sons cake here. It was the tres leches with strawberry filling and was very good and not overly expensive compared to what many places charge for a cake these days. The icing was light and almost whipped and not too sugary like grocery stores tend to make it. Glad to have found this place and happy to support it! Had our son’s Bday cake done here, NO REGRETS… If you’re tired of overly sweet, flavorless and dry birthday cakes from Safeway and Freddie’s come give these guys a shot.

We did a vanilla cake with a strawberry layer decorated like Minecraft. The cake was moist and fluffy, the fresh strawberry and crème filling was SO good and the frosting is light and fluffy, not like the heavy and ultra sweet frosting on “mass produced” cakes.
