Pizza is good, service is good, website ease of use and accuracy for ordering purposes fails miserably. I have on 2 seperate occasions spent time creating an order online (10 - 12 minutes) and attempted to submit it. Each time the order did not submit, I received no feedback or errors, all information trying to be submitted was correct and valid. As mentioned previously, the result was me not ordering pizza from Odd Moes. Twice. Hence, loss of business. The website also directs you to other pages that are not associated with the current Odd Moes who you might be ordering with, such as ordering from Canbys. Say you are on your order page, you click on a Facebook link of Odd Moes that directs you to another Odd Moes location, not the one in Canby, to leave feedback for. Like I said, in an incorrect location because the hyperlink path was not related to the current customer location, remember, you are in your order review section of the Canby, Odd Moes. The pizza here is good, when I have been able to place an order online the delivery was on time and the delivery staff was pleasant, the reason for the 3 star and not 4 was due to Odd Moes website capabilities and lack of abiity to provide a functioning ordering...

It was delivered in a very timely manner. I opened the box and the pizza looked fine but when I was dishing it up, it felt a little cool. No problem since it was delivered. Come to find out when my father took a bite, under all the toppings was raw crust. I looked more into the whole pie, and indeed it was only half cooked. I called the store, only to speak to a not so nice female staff. She asked for my name and I gave it to her, and I asked if I could just get a remake. She stated it would be 2-2.5 hr wait due to being busy. I said I can’t wait that long, so she said I can give you in store credit only because it was an online order. I’m going to call and speak with the manger today about it because I’m out the 40 dollars, plus I had to use other money to go elsewhere. Read moreUnfortunately I have to change my review from 5 to one star. Last night we ordered a pizza online and showed up at the time the pizza was to be ready. They had not seen the ticket yet and said it would take 10 to 15 to get the pizza for us. While disappointed, mistakes happen. Because no one was wearing a mask, my wife asked me to go back in for her to grab the pizza. When I walked in, I heard the staff making fun of my wife and calling her names and joking about messing up the order. She hadn't said a word about any frustration so this was completely unwarranted. When confronted about it, supervisor Aaron stated that this is retail and it's how they vent. He refused a refund and I had to deal with calling AJ this morning to get my money back.
