Taco Bell — Restaurant in Canby

Update 11/02/2023 We just had the best service ever from a nice young man named Draven. Seriously, this was the best we have ever been treated here and for that matter at a lot of places. Draven should be promoted to management. If he ran the show, I bet this location would thrive. We almost stopped coming here because of how rude the other employees are, but Draven blew us away today. Please give this young man a raise and advance his career. He is what you NEED.

First off, I tried your new Grilled Cheese Taco. What a ripoff. Look at the picture and tell me how this even looks like what you are selling. At $1 each, I would be ok, but $4 each??? This is fraud.

Next, the "manager" we dealt with was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. We get this guy all the time and he is constantly like this, never changes. He is a young 20 something male with glasses.

My wife asked him how to use our app to get the rewards on our purchase? Did hge need to scan it or do we scan our receipt? He acted very put out to even be asked and said I don't use it so I have no idea. We asked for the manager and he said they were out and he is a manager. I asked if anyone else working knew, and he said no, nobody would know that. Really?

I can believe how disrespectful he was and that this is allowed by Taco Bell. I am totally put off on going to your business anymore. This is uncomfortable and...

I’m absolutely positively never going back to Canby Tacobell and I’d advice for other people to contemplate going back as well, I went late at night around 11 o’clock on April 25 of 2025 I ordered two bean&cheese burritos and two cheesy gordita crunches, after I got home, I went to eat my food and I ate The first bean and cheese burrito everything was fine then I went to eat a cheesy gordita crunch. The first bite was OK. The second bite was a little weird. I kinda got a weird taste in my mouth in the third bite. All I could taste was MOLD I wasn’t sure if what I was tasting was correct so I turned my phone flashlight on and kind of inspected it and sure enough there was a little mold on there I didn’t finish the taco I just Moved on to my next burrito the other bean and cheese burrito was all the way fine until the end of the burrito and I got that same gross mold taste, I knew I should’ve stopped after this one, but I paid for it so I wanted to eat it and so I ate the other cheesy gordita crunch or tried to eat it, but it also tasted moldy and by that point I was really disgusted. I had stopped going to this location for at least a couple years (before the renovation and a while after it). Despite the fact I live in Canby, I started going to the Oregon City location for a while, as I stopped going due to their literal ZERO percent frequency at getting my orders accurate. The Oregon City location is on average 10X busier than the Canby one at any given time of day, yet out of the two years I have been going there now, they have only made one minor mistake out of all my orders. Decided to give the Canby one another shot tonight on the way home. First time there in years after the renovation, and what do you know? I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch cravings box and the cheesy gordita crunch came without the spicy ranch sauce on it, which absolutely makes the cheesy gordita crunch. It was incredibly dry without it, as the thin layer of melted cheese holding the taco and gordita shells together had already gone cold by the time I got home (I live close). The Doritos loco taco shell with the cheesy gordita crunch was also pretty stale, adding to the dryness. Wasn’t much cheese topped on the lettuce either.
