Bambu Desserts and Drinks Canton — Restaurant in Canton Township

Ordered online on a Friday night and 1 hr later still waiting for it. Ordered online to save time. Came in 20 minutes later when it said it would be ready. Young man went back and checked on the order said they're busy, repeated my order and continued working. I understood it was busy so continued to wait. Everyone before me got their orders and then the person after me got theirs so went back to the counter and asked about the order and explained we placed the order an hour ago. A lady went back and came back out saying they placed the order at the bottom of the pile. Meanwhile me and two little kids had to wait 45 minutes in the store. Ended up canceling the order and walking out.

We'll see if they properly refund the money or if that's going to be misplaced too.

Service and quality is getting worse and worse. Last order had a mix up and missing an add on that we paid for.

Kids liked the place so was ordering from there every Sunday like clock work.

Unfortunately I have had 2 bad experiences. The first one was with a cashier I never saw before. She forgot to ask me what size drink I wanted then asked after I paid. I had to pay extra because of her mistake. Then today I went in with my cousin and the girl acted like she wasn’t there. After I ordered she went in the back and didn’t ask my cousin what she wanted to order. My cousin waited patiently for her to come back out and and another customer walked in. When the girl came back out she ignored my cousin again and started to take the other customers order. My cousin said “ am I not here” and the cashier said “I thought you guys were together” my cousin said “ we are but you didn’t take my order” after that the cashier took her order but Bambu was out of what she wanted. It's a hit or miss, but when it's a hit, it's some of the best drinks ever. The issue is lack of consistency in quality. -Mangonada: Horrible!! It was hot sauce in a mango drink. The straw was covered in a dog food tasting thing. I really could not believe how disgusting it was. I was too shy to go back in and complain because I've had to do that before. -Red bean bubble tea: Just milk and chopped up red bean skins. It was so gross, no flavor. Employee was mad at me because I wanted a refund. -Durian smoothie: first time there were so many thick chunks of ice in it. Second time i told them to double blend and that fixed it. -Kashmiri tea: This used to be amazing but something changed it in and it seems watery now. -French toast tea: This tastes good but it doesnt have tea in it?
