Ruby Tuesday — Restaurant in Canton Township

I haven't been to a ruby Tuesday in years. I work in the complex and I thought let's go to this one. A friend and I went. I walked in the door at 5:00 in the evening and the girl who was at the front didn't even look at me or say hello. Took the two people in front of me and I stood there for 10 minutes while two people came up and looked at the computer. Did not make eye contact or even say hello to me. Really poor customer service right out of the gate. Finally got a seat sat there for about 5 minutes. My friend came. We ordered something to drink. Waited for 10 minutes for that. We ordered our food when we ordered the drinks. So starting from that point it took over 45 minutes. Almost 50 minutes for a dried out tiny burned burger and a quesadilla. They say that there was a situation in the kitchen. No one communicated that to us. Instead they left us sitting there waiting while the waitress just kept coming back saying it'll be a minute. A brand new waitress and I still gave her a really good tip more than 35% And I wouldn't let him take the food off my bill because I don't believe in that. But this location is terrible. There's this little woman who seats people. She's walking around seating people wearing a black T-shirt with food all over the front of it. Not real classy. The other person who didn't know how to say hello. She was also wearing a dirty shirt. Our waitress was running around like a chicken with her head cut off . Nice but also panicked. The manager came over (after I asked to see a manager after we waited for 47 minutes) and didn't have anything to say ,except they had a situation in the kitchen. Well you know what?.... SHE'S THE MANAGER!. She had a chance to come over and say something. She knew that there were tickets that were in. She knows in a restaurant a ticket time especially for a hamburger and a quesadilla is only about 10 minutes. We had already waited almost an hour. We were ready to leave and we weren't the only people that were mad will not be going back there. I don't care if it is right across the parking lot! Food was what you would expect from your 5th graders field day bbq!! The fries were like they were cooked yesterday and I already said the burger was dry, burned bottom! This NOT the way that you make money....

I was serviced tonight by Luther . He was okay, he recommended a dish and we took the deal. Upon the dish coming out the runner aka the person bringing the food out took the food to someone else’s table. She sat the food down and walked away. A few seconds later the couple at the table tells her they didn’t order the food, after he attempted to grab at the fries when she turned her back to walk away, she then grabs the food and try’s to serve it to me. Now she see me watching so she came over by our table and tried to play it off. I told her I didn’t think it was sanitary to do that and if she could get me a new one I would appreciate it. She said she understood where I was coming from and said she was going to get me a new one. Now I knew she was going to attempt to serve me the same one. A few minutes after that, the manager came out with the same burger . I’m like wow this is crazy, I told the manager what happened and she wa every aggressive with me about it. The waiter took the food back to the warmer and just say it down and the manager said she just grabbed it and tried to reserve it to me again. Just honestly ridiculous and nasty. I know some people are okay with this but most definitely not me. Super unsanitary. She claimed she was going to speak with her but I’m sure she didn’t. No reason to lie as I’m sure it was just a mistake but to try to serve me the same burger after it hit the customers table and the warmer for the second time is just nasty. Very careless with food. Horrible customer service. I’m bummed because I love the food and drinks but don’t think I can’t return because of how they handled the food . Kind of sucks but I rather spend my funds on proper cooked and...

We drove 40 minutes to dine here. The hostess was abruptly rude. Like in your face...Snarky...eye rolling when somebody walked in...absolutely rude. She was even the only one wearing a mask out of the entire staff (which I find it stupid people still wear masks) but had it under her nose the entire time...So it was pointless anyway. Gotta love rude AND dumb...

The place was practically empty...Didnt see anymore then 4 or 5 tables with customers.

Yet...The salad bar was half stocked and dirty...The food we ordered took forever to come out...Our waitress wasnt rude at all...But VERY VERY fake...and VERY VERY slow...Our food came out overcooked...AND cold.

Our drinks would sit empty for long periods of time...We tried to flag down our waitress multiple times with no luck. Lookimf right at us she would just turn around and walk away. We didnt get rude or snarky with anybody...We just blew it off. Until an hour or so later when the hostess shouted a comment about gloves at us from the other side of the dining room...then stormed up to me and pushed a box of gloves into my arm...Then stormed off. My girlfriend and I...as well as another couple questioned her rudeness and she started slamming silverware on her table acting like we couldnt be heard.

We complained to the manager who didnt care...And was fairly rude herself.

Once again...the place had plenty of staff...but was empty.

The staff here couldnt be bothered to do their jobs.

I will never return here again...probably why the effing place was empty...
