Panda Express — Restaurant in Canton Township

We came exactly at 7:40 PM. Got an order of big plates. The manager barely put any food in the plate, I used to be a manager for panda express so I exactly know how much is a portion and he clearly did not put the portion correct. I get that He’s trying to save food but it’s 7:40 at night and he closes the lobby at 9:30 and the drive-through at 10 o’clock, too early to have small portions, I am very disappointed with this location and we asked for Beijing beef and they told us that they don’t have it available at the moment that it will be here tomorrow, I looked around and clearly either they’re trying to save it or they did not order their truck correct, everything was scattered around the names on the food was wrong. The food quality looked extremely old is been sitting there probably for 45 minutes to an hour. Very disappointed with the quality of this location, will not recommend to anybody to come in here and buy. The lady did put broccoli beef on my partners plate, which had the honey walnut shrimp. She was the only one who actually did a serving correct in these place. I have not eaten one bit and he has not eaten one bit, as you can clearly tell these portions are very low. I’m sorry but the manager Corey at night doesn’t know how to run it , he needs to stop thinking about a bonus, instead make customers keep coming back I would rather have more customers keep coming and run a business correct then instead of thinking about a bonus of saving...

I ordered a carryout on the afternoon 10/5/24; fried rice/teriyaki chicken.. and when I tell you I was SICK as a dog in less than an hour later- that is an understatement!! My husband wanted to take me to ER.. I was nauseated, sweating, dizzy, it felt like a thousand knives were in my stomach!! I will NEVER eat at this establishment, EVER again- and as an employee of the Michigan Department of Health- I will be watching for similar complaints from this location.. Please folks- beware of WHERE you eat, and just cook at home.. Also, I need to mention that whoever the young lady was on the drive through window at around 2'ish- her customer service skills were horrible!! Great food with great service!

Experienced a little wait due to Friday dinner rush, but understandable. The employee serving food was friendly and efficient. He ensured that I had everything I needed and asked about appetizers.

The cashier was also friendly and efficient! I asked for teriyaki sauce and a medium soft drink, which he supplied.

I ordered a plate with white rice, orange chicken, & honey teriyaki chicken. The food was hot, fresh, & tasty!

The lobby was in good shape, with the drink station area being well stocked and clean. This location doesn't serve Coke Zero Sugar in the fountain, but settled for Dirt Coke. They do have Coke Zero Sugar in a 20oz bottle for those who prefer it.
