Avoid at All Costs - Unsafe Food and Zero Accountability

I recently had a horrifying experience at Pizzawalla’s , Canton. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only did I find an inch long piece of metal in my pizza, but the management's response was shockingly rude and dismissive.

First, let's talk about the food safety issue. Finding a foreign object in your meal is bad enough, but a piece of metal? This is not just gross; it’s dangerous. We could have seriously injured ourselves. Pizza is a favorite among children and this kind of negligence could lead to a child choking or seriously injured. This is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant.

What made this experience even worse was the management's reaction. When I brought this issue to their attention, I expected an apology and some accountability. Instead, I was met with hostility and blatant indifference. They showed no concern for my well-being or the potential danger to children. The employees practically accused me of lying, suggesting that I must have put the metal in the pizza myself.

Instead of taking responsibility, they were rude and dismissive, refusing to even acknowledge the seriousness of the complaint. There was a complete disregard for customer service and basic decency.

In summary, Pizzawala’s, not only serves unsafe food but also has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If you value your health and expect decent customer service, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other pizzerias out there that actually care about their customers and their food quality. Do yourself a favor and go...

We ordered 3 pizzas to go from here while on vacation my son lives in the area and had been wanting to try it. We ordered online the korma, tiki masala and a cheese pizza. They pick the pizzas up and two of the pizzas were made without cheese on them including the cheese pizza. When something was said to the person at the counter my son was told that we ordered the pizzas wrong and that we would have to order them again. I'm not sure how you order a cheese pizza wrong but it came without cheese just dough and sauce. It was ordered online with no add ons or anything substituted for toppings. My son left with the wrong pizzas and his friend decided to just go in and in person order the pizzas again and when she went to order she was told again that they ordered the pizzas wrong. All she wanted to do was order and receive the correct pizzas with cheese. It's a shame that their customer service was so horrible and unwilling to make the pizzas correctly (again who orders a cheese pizza with no cheese). We ended up paying for 5 pizzas 2 of which looked awful and dry with no cheese we threw these away. The pizzas were however delicious but will not be going back because of the customer service.

What a fantastic meal!! I mean top-notch! From the delicious tandoori wings to each and every slice of pizza ordered, my family and I were pleased. I honestly loved the food. The service was quick and accurate, so there were no complaints there. The staff were super nice and very welcoming. I was only in the parlor for a hot second, but it was nicely laid out for a small space and very inviting.

A little on the food: We started off with Tandoori wings (5pc) and veggie puffs for an appetizer. Both were excellent. The wings had that great tandoori flavor and were cooked excellently. As for the veggies puffs, we loved them. That said, I wish that the parlor offered a mint or tamarind side sauce. Please consider it! 🙏 Still, they were great without.

As for the pizzas, we ordered three different kinds, and all were amazing. I can't tell you if one stood out over the others, as all of them brought something to the meal. Whether it was the spiciness of the stage chicken, the zing of the chili paneer, or the subtleties of the vegetarian korma, we enjoyed them all. I, for one, cannot wait to order again.

Will be back and have already recommended it to others at work.
