Bob Evans — Restaurant in Canton

Let's see. Might as well of been self service because even after server took order, and patiently waiting for her to bring anything we asked her for politely, she did not bring it back or seem to remember that we asked her for it already 2-3x and had to go up and either help ourselves or ask another employee for who was not going to see the tip SHE was SUPPOSED to be earning. As far as management went, I never saw a manager in the building for the 3.5 hours we were there waiting for our meal for all of us to finish. In my personal and professional opinion the waitress who was serving us, clearly needed help and/or training. Training on menu, customer service, vegetables and sauces etc. Like flash cards with colors on them. Very disappointed as this was also my grandfather's 91st birthday. And she eventually took everyone's order and still didn't get the birthday man, he had to walk up and order both his drink and food on his birthday. My niece still never got her correct food. My sister got her bill before she got her food but yet her daughter didn't get hers. Something is off with the caliber of staff they are hiring. Including absent manager. I've always known Bob Evans to have a great manager. I've always had them assisting all staff spots and greeting and checking on food. My mother ordered a "wildfire CHICKEN salad" and she got served a regular salad with no chicken so she told the waitress and she took it back to kitchen and brought the same salad with no chicken to be seen. To be told blatantly there is supposed to be chicken on a wildfire chicken salad. She later on brought a piece of chicken out...

When we first got here it seemed like our server did not want to do her job. I still don't even know what her name is All I know is that she has red hair and is young. We ordered the simplest meals ever My wife got the turkey club sandwich and specifically ask for no tomato because she is highly allergic, I got the BLT with onion rings and she also got onion rings. When the meals came out the onion rings were hard like they sat in a heat lamp too long and she had tomatoes on my wife's sandwich and which I removed but she still broke out in patches of hives because of the remnants of the tomatoes being on her sandwich. Then we asked for refills on our drink and about 5 minutes went by our server never came back so as I was looking around the front of the store I noticed our server on her cell phone over in a closed down section near the bar. Her attitude sucks and she is not very attentive. When she finally brought our refills, she did ask if we needed anything else and my reply was no can we get the check. I waited 10 minutes for her to bring the check back to my table. The manager on duty looks unprofessional as he is wearing a toboggan on his head and looking as if he were a regular employee and not a suitable manager, I will be calling the GM in the morning to...

I did not go in this time I did get an order delivered to my home and my eggs were so undercooked that everything in my food container which was sausage potatoes all had runny eggs on it all I could do was throw it all into a skillet and recook it or finish cooking it and I was so upset because if I knew I was going to have to cook breakfast I would have just cooked breakfast at home and not have ordered food and spent $40 and then I had tried to call I had somebody answer the phone eventually and I asked for a manager very polite and he was like yeah one second well then I was on hold for 11 minutes before I finally just hung up and I wasn't looking for any compensation no money nothing but I was hoping that maybe that manager didn't know how that food was going out and could speak to that cook and let them know that this is not what we should do because even on their website it says do not eat undercooked food it will make you sick so to make sure I did not get sick I just threw all my stuff in a skillet so I could cook it the rest of the way and there's no way for me to even get a hold of anybody because nobody will get on the phoneI've never been so disappointed and I absolutely will not...
