Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Canton

Ordered a sandwich and couple of fresh pressed juices. The sandwich and the juices were made according to the menu but didn’t taste right. they tasted as if the produce was old and the lettuce was frozen from being in the fridge. I tried expressing my dissatisfaction with the sandwich to the staff because I couldn’t even eat it (which is rare for me) and I was met with passive aggressive comments from the shorter/stocky barista to the head girl and a final, “Well my boss won’t let us remake it because it was made according to the menu.”

I threw the sandwich in the trash. I’m out $8….your business profited maybe $4.00 from my sandwich and lost hundreds in my business. Maybe rethink your business plans if you want to stay...

I love Pulp’s product and myself have worked at two different pulp locations and have absolutely loved my time there. I conveniently live less than two minutes from this location, so I was very excited when I heard it was opening! But I would rather drive to the Strip location because the Pulp on Tusc. has awful customer service :( With the exception of the very friendly owner…all the woman that have taken my order at the drive thru window, have not been kind or welcoming what so ever. They do not greet you, or even smile. I feel as though I am bothering them with my business which is uncomfortable. I truly hope these employees begin to act kind to customers because I would love to be able to go to this...

I would like to share that I buy 4 to 6 of these on the daily bases they came out with coupons the other day which I was thankful for it’s buy 1 get 1 free these drinks for a large are 8.75 So the last to times I had coupons. Well yesterday they made them incorrectly and to get them today the guy manger which didn’t seem so happy was like you should be out of coupons now! And what he should of said was thank you for you business sorry for the inconvenience! Because I do spend 30-40...
