HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I was asked to pull forwarsmd as the fixed rhe wrong meal for my family and we will have your food right out to you. We proceed to pull forward as by this time the drive thru is around the building. We pull forward 10 + minutes go by and we still have yet to recieve our food. I go in a boy is bringing food out the door, but it isnt my families food. I go to the counter and mind them we are still sitting the and they have served the whole drive thru line and we have still yet to get our food. So the assistant manager gives me this story. Who cares, I paid for my food, did what you asked and still have yet to fix it. At this point Im livid. So I sternlly ask for my food and money back. She grasped another attitude and stated "I'll give you your money back but not your food." Last time I checked, in any retail business the Customer is always right...she (the assistant manager) proceeded to say "No they are not" which in turn pissed me off even more. The the icing on the cake, she proceeded to flash her badge that said she was an assistant manager. At that point, I could careless who she was. Tried to order the Jalapeño King Meal back when it first started and was told they were out of the ingredients. No big deal, I’ve worked food service before and figured it was just popular. It happens. However, it’s happened several times now.
Each time I’ve gone and tried to order that item only to be told they are out of the ingredients. Finally today I asked if they were even running the promotion and was told no. I wouldn’t be as disappointed if this had been conveyed the first time. Saying you are “out of something” makes it sound like it will be back once the inventory order is delivered. Especially when it’s still advertised on their menu board.
I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve had trouble with an item (promotional or other), but sadly it’s not. Wrong food or drinks. Missing items. I like to give the benefit of the doubt because hey we all have off days. However, it seems to be a pattern with this location so I think I am better off driving further to get my Burger King...
Read moreSeating area was super clean, waiting time is awful and by the time my order came out I noticed the patty was raw I almost threw up, so i went to the manager this guy named “Matt” and he’s like I’m sorry do you want another one I’m like no then I’m sorry so I asked for a refund and he was able to refund me but he DOES NOT HAVE THE ATTITUDE OF A MANAGER WHEN IT COMES TO ONE OF THIS TYPE OF ISSUES.. By the way there’s a bunch of teenagers that are only looking to get paid and they don’t care if you like their service or about the food! Back in the day maybe a few months ago of this year 2018 there was alot of hispanics back there in the kitchen and their service was fast and the food well done all the time! why? Well because they do care their job quality and always make an effort to not only keep costumers happy but effort to get a well deserved raise.
