I went to Taco Bell and ordered two tacos lettuce and sour cream only, no cheese. After waiting in the line 15 minutes and driving 20 minutes back home I opened up my tacos and there’s five sprinkles of cheese a teeny dollop of sour cream and almost non existent beef but no lettuce. I drive 20 minutes back to Taco Bell go through the line for another 15 minutes explain that they made my tacos wrong tell him again three times at the window what I wanted on my taco and may ask them to make sure they actually put some meat on my taco because that’s what I’m paying for. I go home open up the tacos and it’s the same way except with more meat more sour cream and a ton of cheese. So for a third time I have to drive back because nobody’s answering the phone the first two times I get my order wrong so I have to drive again wait through a 25 minute line just to get a five dollar refund I know it gets very busy at this Taco Bell but peoples time is very important I just spent 2 1/2 hours trying to get tacos and went to bed hungry. This is not the kind of service that I expect. Maybe messing up one time on a taco but making a customer go back multiple times is...
Read moreWe came to Taco Bell 45 minutes before closing and they had locked the doors and there was a shipping truck blocking the drive thru. So we waited at the window till we saw someone. The employee opened the window and stared at us as opposed to greeting us and asking for our order, so we respectfully asked for chalupas and he said they had already turned the fryer off, so we couldn’t get them. After taking our order, we heard them talking about us loudly through the window using obscene language (after we had been very polite despite our inconvenience). I believe if you are OPEN till a certain time, you should deliver without an attitude and with the same quality of service that would be expected at any other time of the day. Upon arriving home my roommate bit into something hard in his potato Griller that is still currently causing him tooth pain. Hopefully his tooth pain subsides, otherwise he’ll consider pursuing legal action. The food on the inside of both burritos were stale and overall none of it was enjoyable. We threw away the Doritos locos tacos because they were too soggy to eat. This Taco Bell needs to be closed down or re-staffed. Absolutely...
Read moreThis store, #4091 at 1859 Marietta Hwy.,,Canton, Ga. is a franchise and does not honor corporate prices or specials. The first time a week ago I saw the commercial for the triple melt burrito and a drink for $2.00. I ordered it and the price before tax was $2.69. I said "it's only suppose to be $2.00 plus tax. The Manager Edwin or Omar said "we are a franchise and that is our price". Tonight, I went for the $5 Chalupa Cravings Box for $5, I ordered it and the total before tax was $5.99. I said "its suppose to be $5" and I was told again that "we are a franchise and that is our price" So I left again. They have their "own price" so if you live nearby and see a Taco Bell commercial that entices you to jump in your car and go to this location, you will pay more. Seems to me they should not be using the corporate web site connected to their google info if they don't honor the corporate price. They should also have a sign posted somewhere that states "We are a FRANCHISE and do NOT honor corporate prices or deals or "WE are a...
