Waffle House — Restaurant in Canton

Pulled in, employees smoking pot outside, came in and not a single table was clean and had flies everywhere. Sat down at a table that was decently clean on one end. Employee came up and said "ready to order?" Ordered my food only to have employee go and talk and hang out for 10 mins before going and giving my order to the cook. Food was good so thank you to the cook. Not 1 time was I asked about a refill or even greeted or asked if I was doing ok. Ate my entire meal with no drink. Didn't even get a ticket written out to me and also overheard one employee ask the one that was supposed to be helping me if he had written a ticket for another customer and he just flat out said "no". So the employee that was helping check me out had to write his ticket for him. Left no tip due to no service and walked outside just to see half the store outside smoking or sitting around. Typically I let things slide because it's waffle house but what I experienced was flat out pure laziness. I have been to this waffle house many times and it's always been great and I've never had issues but I noticed that half the people were new and it was like they were there just to make a check and go home. Worst experience we have ever had. The board of health should shut them down. One of the cooks was smashing eggs and throwing food with his gloves on. Then he would straighten his hat and hair with the same gloves. The person calling ordered was yelling at everyone and throwing waffles with her bare hands. Then wiping her hands on her body. The floor was nasty and all the employees looked like they needed a bath. Their clothes were dirty. Our order was not correct and when we did get it it was over done. Food was great but service was not ! Waitress yelling at us for pulling a chair to our table so my oldest kids had to sit at different table and then the waitress hit my husband ( by accident) on the hand as he had the fork in his mouth she never even said sorry !
