Early review was taken down, don't know why. The unprofessional attitude shown by the individual that is in charge of the location (tall man with blonde hair) is beyond what customers nor employees have to endure when entering an establishment. The individual in question was cursing loudly at staff and then later customers. The profanity and rudeness was to the point that the customer who came in behind me left in disgust. I'm sure that Subway wouldn't tolerate the behavior of this person if they realize the extent of his unprofessional. I've enjoyed Subway for years and know that it's a good company, however the attitude and behavior of this person is not the brand image nor values that the company represents. If this person is a manager the owner needs to terminate him, if he's the owner, franchise needs to be revoked. Read moreMost the time I have had good experiences here, but not sure if its the owner or the manager (the white older man), he was not even making my sandwich. The young man who was making it, was very friendly and had no issue with me adding guacamole last minute and just picked up turkey to spread it. However the older man butted in and for some reason had an issue with it then lectured me on asking for it first to make it easier for them.... how am I suppose to know to ask for something first when its at the end of the counter and didn't even know I wanted to try that day? Not like it was hard to pick up the turkey and spread it. That happened yesterday, however. like I said was 4 stars up until now to me as then today this morning they are suppose to be open and at 10:10 am the doors are locked and my husband, and 2 other customers waiting outside (and even knocked on the door and nothing). Read moreI ordered a 12 inch sub combo. Turkey and roast beef with extra meat. Someone picked it up for me in the bill was they charged me for 2 6" subs. I called them up and told them they screwed up my order. Scott the assistant manager says it happens all the time and do come back with my receipt and he'd make it write free of charge. She couldn't get back there for a few days & was told Scott didn't work there anymore but the area supervisor was there. He said he didn't care what Scott said and wouldn't do anything to make it right... There isn't a single place in Atl their charges $14 for a 12in sub.... Since I was already there I said just make it roast beef no extra. That was $11 and change. I'm estimating there might have been 3 oz of meat on the sub. This place is a ripoff and doesn't care about customers. Jimmy John's & Panera's are way better...
