KFC — Restaurant in Canton

Honestly im pissed. i wouldve never thought i would be writing a review for a KFC but here we are i guess. i just had surgery on my throat. im only able to eat a few things, like mashpotatoes and macncheese. i am BEYOND baffled at the Customer service from this one lady that has been there the past 2 days. Answering the intercom with attutide off the bat, telling us we dont have a mobile order, when infact she had it ready at the window she just wanted to be difficult. yesterday she yelled through the intercom that it wasnt ready and to come inside, when the situation could've been handled nicely she chose to be rude. i work in Customer service myself, so i am never ever rude to workers, but we couldnt even get the name of our order out without being screamed at by this lady.

i dont typically eat KFC, infact this is the first time ive been to one in more then a decade, and honestly i would go back to any KFC execpt for this one. Dont go, because the lady that works there practically everyday apparently doesnt care to be there and i wouldnt be surprised if she spits in the food.

Yall need to rego over Customer service skills, or atleast keep her away from the intercom. dont go there unless you want to...

Someone from corporate needs to fix this location immediately! It's been pure garbage for a decade. I have started documenting how bad this location is. 8 of my last 10 visits, they were sold out of extra crispy breasts. This ranges all times of the day. They never apologize for the inconvenience, never tell you until you have sat in line for 20+ minutes and arrive at the window. Then with an attitude, tell you they can make some fresh in 30-40 minutes?? The few times I accepted the order, the sides were cold, biscuit over cooked, chicken dry as jerky, and the attitudes of the women running the place are atrocious! I know COVID blah blah blah, shortage of workers blah blah, this location needs a start from scratch over haul. Comparing this location to the Big Chicken is literally night and day. My Grandma should not have to settle for the garbage they give out at full price to the unfortunate customer. They know it's garbage when they pack it up, and they serve it proudly with sour attitudes. Can't find a single redemption point to focus on. Google should fix this review so I can give it 0 out of 5, they don't deserve the 1 star...

Unfortunately because of all the short staffing lack of people that want to work. I tried to wait in line but it was too long they only have drive-thru available it is not the restaurant's fault but I couldn't wait in line as long as it was taking I had to leave it's a shame I've eaten there before and the food was hot well prepared and the people inside are quite friendly. Will definitely eat there again it's a local restaurant and I love their pot pies. LOL

Had an update was back at KFC today and the wait was very short the staff quickly and efficiently did the order I'm very happy to say that I was very pleased both with the employees management and the food as always I recommend it we're just having tough times now with people...
