Panaderia Sweet Cake Bakery — Restaurant in Canton

I’ve been a loyal customer of Panadería Sweet Cake Bakery for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for my birthday cake, only to be told after the order was placed that no decorators were available and the cake couldn’t be done on time. When I simply asked why they were accepting orders without anyone to complete them, the staff became unexpectedly rude and hostile.

I remained calm and only wanted an explanation, but their reaction escalated the situation unnecessarily. I ultimately canceled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere.
