Conestoga Grill — Restaurant in Canton

This is the worst place I've ever eaten at. I ordered fish and French fries. When I opened up my food my ketchup packs were all on my french fries. I asked could I have more french fries, because the packets were all on my fries and hands already touch the packets. The server took it to the owner Dominic Vinas who was very RUDE!!! and said infront of people eating there, that we will not cook you anymore fries and he refunded all of my money I paid but $1.00 and he said do not come back here and walked away. How rude!!! I said that was not professional. I would never go back there. You do not treat customers like that. Something needs to be done about this....he was so...

Servers were fantastic. Had a special appetizer not normally on the menu but it certainly should be! Could only be described as a big square mozzarella stick...had to be at least 1/4 pound! The sauce was phenomenal. Also had the Conestoga Burger..a 1/2 pound burger with cheddar, brisket, grilled onion and bbq sauce. Absolutely wonderful, but in all honesty seemed much more like 1/3 pound. Everything really was great. I only held back a star because the french fries are really lacking, and they had a great beer selection but NO BEER LIST! I’ve been loving the vibe of the Conestoga for decades. It’s one of the most well appointed bars in Canton, Ohio. The woodwork, the bar, the lighting, the booths, and the fantastic ancient mural make this a great place for conversation and beer.

Based on the recommendation of friends, last night I visited the Conestoga for dinner. It was outstanding. I had the Mushroom and Swiss Burger, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in town. Maybe the best, stay tuned.
