THE WORST COURT SYSTEM EVER!!!

These Court People are Extremely Biased and will flat out ignore Critical Evidence that would Discredit the other Party (who puts on a Show in every Hearing and that the Court is secretly siding with but it shows).

Favoritism towards an awful Parent who has more money verses a Parent with no money yet makes the Parent with no money bleed themselves dry to pay the Wealthy Parent who lied through out the every Court Hearings and "refuses to work".

A Toxic System who Destroys Families and throws you to their Ravenous Wolves who Steals your Kids away and gives the Kids to your Evil Ex who is a Bad Parent.

Also this Court Staff trashes my new Family without ever giving them even a chance (Never even met my Family) yet feels sorry for the other Party / Opposition who is not Truthful and gets the Kid to lie (who is old enough to know better) for them while the Kid gets Expensive Rewards for helping Destroy my new Family who was extremely Generous to the Kid and who (my new Family) is Innocent.

They are rude and nasty it’s not a race thing. I think they genuinely think they’re better than others like the way they treat people there is crazy.I always say this, you never know what someone else is going through so if you work in that type of environment and don’t have empathy quit!! They get gratification off of not helping others and I don’t like it!! I’m just going to try and leave it in Gods hands for my healing and their ignorance…. They had a chance to help me and made a bad situation worse because I’m not rich!! So thank you Stark County government!!! Starting with Judge Cordova who had every opportunity to help me and chose to waste my time by raising my anxiety, hearing after hearing, and I did everything I was asked too just for her to dismiss the case … So I hope they don’t think they are part of the solution, definitely part of the problem! Not too mention the bar association who referred me to the lawyer who told me quote “so we are not wasting each other’s time I need at least 3000” or legal aid who would not help me because I’m not in immediate physical harm, forget what it maybe doing mentally or the worker on the phone today who was acting like I was bothering her… So yes I agree with every one of these reviews!!...

I recently just went through a custody case with my ex for my 2 daughters. Mainly bc I moved out of state to WY. For my family. But I was practically forced to move back to Ohio bc I was told I'd lose my kids instantly if I didn't. My ex has an assault charge on his record drinking and drug issues and violence on his record, was behind over 4 grand in child support when it all started and barely ever saw his children after he abused me, spit in my face and left . All I did was move! And the courts and the guardian apparently see my ex as the better parent to raise my children. The guardian appointed to my case Andrew glantz, I find to be sexist and one of the most rude and ignorant people I've ever spoken with. The magistrate I mainly delt with, Infantino I think is how you spell it, spoke down to me and made me out to be a horrible parent for moving out of state. None of my exes records and violence behaviors was used against him. So I believe this court system to actually be supportive of abusive men and downgrade us mother's and woman for trying to protect our children and...
