Placed order online at 7:00 PM (estimated delivery time was 30 minutes). At 8:00 PM I called to check on order and delivery time. Spoke with Jessica (she was very rude)! She said they were running 2 - 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. I inquired as to why I was not notified about the delay. She offered no response other than that ordering online doesn't take into account delivery drivers and employees calling out. She said the order was ready and would go out with the next delivery. I agreed. At 8:30 PM my husband called back to get an update on our order. Jessica was unacceptably rude to him. She told him the same thing (2 - 2 1/2 hour delay). He told her just to cancel the order, she replied, "well, it's already paid for"! He said, yes, that is the way it works when you order online, that you prepay before the food is delivered. He told her to go ahead and deliver the food. The food arrived at 8:49 PM. It would have been polite to have been notified about the delay and we could have made a decision about waiting or canceling. We have ordered from this Dominos location many times and have never had this kind of experience. My husband and I understand that things happen. However, considering that my husband is a diabetic (takes insulin everyday). We will definitely think twice before depending on Dominos for a meal...

I was told the pizza would be ready between 6:39pm-6:49pm. I texted to tell them I had arrived at 6:42 after receiving notification it was ready at 6:40pm. At 6:55pm I had to send a second push reminder to say that i was infact still there and had6nt left, was surprised when I hadn't received it but they were busy so I thought maybe they just need me to go in, I walked in and waited 5 minutes for someone to bring me my order which was only still considered warm because of the heat lamps. It had clearly been sitting for the past 15 minutes as the notification had said, after waiting to be addressed in the store for quite some time, a couple that had walked in several minutes after me was addressed first before someone from the very back realized and cane up to ask me my name. While it was a busy night, I felt that I was continously overlooked. It is a chain resturant and I can't say I should expect more, but it was a frustrating event for sure and I would say to at the very least use a different location. We usually order using the pick 2 coupon and almost every time we have the same order of 3 orders of the chicken bites, a Med Pizza and one or 2 pasta dishes. There is no option for extra sauce for the pasta so we call in immediately after the order to add it. Typically noone has an issue with this, but tonight maybe because it was a carryout just before the cut off time the man answering the phone seemed aggravated and was not even remotely polite. This is not typical of this store at all, he spoke with an accent, didn't get his name. I still give 5 stars for the order and normal service, but hope something is...
