This incident occurred 11am Thursday morning on June 25th.
I visited Michaels in search of farmhouse decor, but I found nothing. I looked around for a bit and came across charms for bracelets. I thought perfect! I can purchase these for my niece, for her birthday gift. After choosing the charms I couldn’t find the bracelet to put the charms on. I stood there for 5min diligently searching for the bracelet. I gave up, and went to the cashier standing alone behind the register. I said , “Excuse me...miss.” This middle aged, curly haired, brunette white woman acts as if she can’t hear me. I’m standing a few feet away. So, I thought to myself maybe she didn’t hear me, and right before I could get the words out she said, “Yes!” I stated that I needed help finding a bracelet that matched the charms I had in hand, and that I’ve looked, but... she said very quick and short all the jewelry stuff is right there. Is there anything else. I walked away feeling like I was a bother, and I still had no clue where the bracelet that matched my charms were. With no one else around I simply place the charms down and left. She could have helped. She had no one to check out at the moment the bracelet and charms section was a few feet in front of her. She just didn’t want too and she made it clear. Even if she didn’t know where to look herself she could have asked a coworker, which I didn’t see with them being short staffed. I just feel she should work somewhere else if she isn’t willing to help everyone equally. Excuse any typos. I’m...
Read moreCame to Michael’s to pick up my curbside order that I had placed online. When the lady arrived at my car, she handed me a bag that was full of T-shirts. When I informed her that that was not my order, she just kind of stood there and stared at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had ordered grass to place inside of my planters for decoration. There’s a big difference between that and T-shirts that she tried to hand me. Then she proceeded to go back into the store. She left me sitting in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes. I proceeded to go into the store to find out what was going on To find them trying to call the customer that they had given my order to did they think that I was going to just sit out in the parking lot while they waited for the customer to return the order that they took that they knew that didn’t belong to them or maybe they just didn’t realize that they had gotten grass not T-shirts. Then the manager Informed me that they no longer had my items available but 3 out of the 5 that I needed. Instead of just canceling the two missing items they wanted to cancel the entire order. The whole reason I ordered online is because they offered discounted pricing online. I did not bring my purse with me so I had no money to purchase The items again. Very...
Read moreThis is more of an employee review. I had a package delivered from ups to the Canton store, ups sent email saying it had been delivered. However the employee ' couldn't find' my package when I told her I had an email saying it had been delivered she said 'yea they do that all the time', meaning ups sends out emails saying packages have been delivered when they really hav'nt . I got home, after driving 20 minutes out of my way to get to the store. Ups confirms package was delivered, so I called the store to ask if they could check 1 more time before filing a claim and they found my package, the employee on the phone said the other employee must not have even looked at the names on the packages. So BEWARE. If you have an email from ups make them check again and make sure they actually LOOK at the name on the package. This will be a total of 40 minutes of my day and gas and wear and tear on my car because they couldn't be bothered to look at the name on...
