Consistantly low accuracy. 1st time there had to pull forward to wait for a quarter pounder. Drove 10 mins before taking 2 bites into a bloody meat patty. When I called to tell them, because I didn't want anyone to get sick, was told I could drive back and they would make a new one. No thank you. After several minutes she reluctantly agreed to refund my money later that day.
2nd strike was when I went back to get my refund, I showed her the patty that after 2 hours was still pink and bloody and she acted like I should still have wanted a new one instead of my money back. (Also, not that it would be less gross if I wasn't, but I am pregnant and all I could think of was how badly that could go.) She did end up giving my money back for the sandwich but not for the extra toppings I had put on it. So.... I paid about $1 for topping on a bloody sandwich that I couldn't eat.
3rd strike. About a month later I figured I would stop and try it again. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra ketchup and pickles. She asked me to repeat my order so I did. When I got to the window she said "only ketchup and pickles" and I corrected her before paying. She didn't give me a receipt. I get to the next window and ask to make sure because of the first window experiance and the girl assures me it's right. So..... long story, it was a mcdouble, only ketchup and pickle. I went in to get my sandwich and the manager and I both ignored the fact that I got charged for a double and 10 mins later she brought me the correct order.
Will not be returning. If I ever change my mind, I will now be one of the people who kills their drive thru time because I refuse to now leave without my receipt or without first checking my complete order, including opening all the wrappers to make sure...
Read more11.15.21 @146pm - (drivethru) meh. The person who took my order was ok. She wasnt rude, so thats good.
The food was ready before i got to the second window, (awesome).
The milkshake wasnt. It was accidently made wrong. the woman making the shake said “she didnt tell me that”) im sure referring to the woman in the booth, because i told whoever the order taker was.
Now, i told the woman handing me the food that the (chocolate) shake looked light. I asked was it flavorful. She shrugged her shoulders saying she didnt know. Ok. I told her it was to be without whip cream. She offered to remake it. I asked did the shakes nrmally look that way, and both ladies said yes. I declined the remake because if they normally look like that, then what the heck is remaking it (whether you change the shake mix and the chocolate, or not) gon do?! NOTHING! Right. So i asked for an orange drink instead. They made that. So, all good (for the most part.
Ooooh but then i sat that and when the lady re opened the window, i asked, do you need the receipt for the difference from the shake back to the orange drink. She said no. So i sat there waiting for the money back. Little did i know, they wasnt planning on giving me the money back. 🤔 the woman (who by the way was a manager/supervisor) said rudely, “well i offered to remake the shake.”
I just let her think whatever she was thinking was right cause lord knows i could have made her feel as big as a tic by how quick my response would have been. But she was too dumb to see how mich sense she didnt make by remaking the same bland tasting...
Read moreI arrived at this location and pulled into the drive thu on October 13th at around 2:20 and ordered a number 3. After paying for my food I was asked to pull up to one of the open reserved slots to have my food brought out to me in just a few minutes. No problem right? Well after waiting 15 minutes I decided that was enough. I called the store and explained that I had to make it to work and that I had been waiting there as their drive through line was empty. 3 more minutes and a male manager walked out, asked for my receipt and and explanation of my situation. After telling him, he was very adamant about reassuring me that none of this was in his control because he was doing “counts” in the back. Nonetheless I had 5 minutes to get to work so I told him that I didn’t care what explanation he had for me and to just go get the food. He told me I had no reason to talk to him that way, and I wasn’t getting the food that I already had paid for simply because he wasn’t happy with my attitude. He walked back into the building after he told me that so I backed my car up to the 2nd window and he informed me that he was calling the police and that I needed to leave. After he slammed the window on me, a female manager asked for my receipt and an explanation and she got my food for me and apologized for the other manager. The male managers name is “Glen Peck” A complaint with the franchise owner has...
