Good food but when the service is is absolutely horrible, it's not so worth it anymore. Went there today for the fifth time. Got treated like crap by every worker in the resteraunt including this young girl they hired especially who isn't part of the family business. They brought me my water 10 minutes after I asked for it and we're going to deliver it with the meal. I had to ask for it. After I did she delivered it to my table with an attitude rolling her eyes (this is the young girl). I let that slide and then my food came. My peanut sauce was ice cold. I asked her just to heat it up a little bit and she rolled her eyes again and gave me a very big attitude while laughing at me in front of other customers. Once the sauce came back I said thanks I appreciate it and she didn't say your welcome or sorry she walked away fast. I said I don't appreciate your attitude towards me not sure why I deserve one cause I don't. Then after I said that she laughed with nothing to say. I told her it may be best she finds a new job position and that clearly this one wasn't the right one for her. She yelled back at me in front of customers saying "and that's not for you to decide haah". I've never been treated so poorly. I got up immediately after feeling disrespected. I didn't pay for the meal and just walked on out. Not to mention all the health risks that I noticed while waiting for my food. She delivered plated of food to another table while eating something out of her right hand. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. This is strictly a take out place I wouldn't suggest eating here because they do not care about you! I observed so many things wrong today imagine what we don't observe behind closed doors...
Board of health should be getting in touch with...
Read moreVERBALLY ACCOSTED BY OWNER! We had been going to Nisa Thai for several years as our go-to take out spot for comfort Thai food. Sadly we will never ever be stepping foot in this establishment again and would urge others to stay away. I was accosted by the owner herself while wearing a Boston Children’s Hospital fleece. She accused me of doing horrible things to children, despite not knowing anything about me or the work I do at the hospital. She berated me about cutting children’s chests off and doing harm to children who are confused about their gender. This all stems from the horrible misinformation in the news about the GeMS program at Boston Children’s Hospital; which is a world renowned program dedicated to helping children and families in a multitude of ways. The owner said she heard everything on Fox News; which she keeps on in the car area. Enough said with Fox News, no further commentary needed. I was astonished at her behavior and the audacity to verbally attack me while I was purchasing food from her business and had been a paying customer for years. It was extremely upsetting and completely unwarranted and needless to say she lost a customer for life. Please consider this if you live in the community and perhaps you will think twice before giving someone who treats people this way your...
Read moreMy wife and I love Thai food and since Thai restaurant in Easton closed, we've been looking for a replacement. Well, we used Google to find Nisa in Canton and placed our first order (to go, we had DVD we were going to watch).
We order spring roles which were terrific, golden crispy on outside and filled perfectly.
Next, I love Chicken and Veggie tempura which was just perfect and a wonderful sweet dipping sauce. These two appetizers were eaten pretty quickly since they were sooo good.
Of course, Pad Thai. The noodles were great, shrimp, eggs, peanuts, everything were just right. Definitely one of the better Pad Thai's that I've had.
We also order Basil Chx and Rice but we were so stuffed, we never got to even open the containers. So, guess what we have for lunch tomorrow?
This is our first experience with Nisa and we are very impressed and will certainly be returning for more. We definitely recommend Nisa for your Thai...
