If I could give Mel and Ty more than five stars, I would. These two are the definition of grace under pressure—and frankly, they did more to resolve my issue than the entire customer service phone line managed in multiple calls. (12 calls total). From the moment I spoke with them, they were kind, professional, and—get this—they actually followed through. Every callback was prompt, every promise was kept, and they treated my frustration with genuine empathy instead of the usual corporate script. What really sets this location apart is the friendly staff—they go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great one. They even remember our order, which makes the experience feel that much more personal. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their drinks and their customers.
If you’re looking for a Starbucks that delivers both consistency and kindness, this is the place to go. Huge shoutout to the amazing team for making our coffee runs...
