The Pizza Oven — Restaurant in Canton

we love pizza oven, West tusc was our home store when we lived over in the s.w. then we moved to plain twp and used both 62 and Lesh rd locations. when we are coming from Belen village we use the Cleveland ave location, the pizza from time to time is over cooked and dried out, and the delivery tines on Friday or Saturday is almost a dead issue unless you don't mind waiting and hour and half plus, if they had more staff on their busy times, atleast more delivery drivers that would help them make more money and keep their very loyal, repeat customers coming back on a weekly basis. however. with the few negatives their are a lot of positives. starting with the best pepperoni and sausage pizza around, and the top 5 chicken places around. oh and, they have no problem fixing their mistakes, we are all human and mistakes happen, it's how we handle them that creates character. And they for the most have plenty. in 25 years of ordering pizzas I can't count the bad on one hand.....great pizza, my grandpa and uncle live down in the Carolinas and they buy like 10 pizzas each before they leave so they can freeze them and reheat at a later date.... that's desire. or...

I ordered food for our company. We ordered a large pizza, jo’s, and chicken. We received 3/8 pieces of chicken. I called in to get it corrected. I spoke with a male that was nice, he said “let me check on that and see what went wrong” A couple of minutes later a woman answers and says “hello” I said “hello, I had an issue with my order and someone stated they’re checking on it” She said “yeah and I’m the manager, what’s the issue” -extremely rude. I explained that I only got 3 of the 8 pieces we ordered. She continued to argue with me stating that she watched them box the 8 piece chicken and doesn’t know where this is coming from. I stated that I don’t know what happened, but there are only 3 in our box. She said “i understand that, well… what do you want me to do about it” Once again very rudely. I stated that “as a manger she could replace the chicken and deliver it or refund the card” She stated that she would redeliver it. As a manger of a store I’d expect them not to argue with facts and I also expect them to know how to handle the issue. I never plan to order from this location again, due to such a terrible experience for a...

I give pizza oven 0 Stars they gave me pizza have done checking with blood still in it when I called to report about my replacement order they told me my number was not in the system so I gave them my mother's number they said okay I see that number but we can't replace anything you need no replacement their services is very bad their managers the crew members is very disrespectful they don't wash their hands is this very bad I would never go there and for the people that buys from Pizza Oven on Cleveland Avenue and 40th Street I would not give them anymore of my hard earned money I called corporate they told me not to even deal with them that they going to get involved and replace my money is that I spent over $100 for the American people in Canton Ohio this is the worstest pizza shop I ever...
